Very thorough above and beyond just looking at my heating system. The technician noticed a smell of gas and looked for the source, which happened to be the hot water tank. Checked and tightened all the connections to stop the leak! Great service

Great communication before and after service. Prompt and comparably similar in pricing. Last place company I used provides a filter every time they come out. I changed my own the week before they arrived but it wasn’t offered. They will come back in the spring as part of my bi- annual subscription. The technician was appreciative of our generosity as well.

Trevor was a very good person to do business with, he was here on time was very polite and for being here on a Saturday he was very, very reasonable with his rate. I will be using him again in the future if need arises.

One of the brothers, Cameron scheduled us in for an appointment as requested and showed up as scheduled. Both brothers, Cameron and Trevor, showed up on the schedule date and were very professional, answered all our questions and efficient in installing a new heat pump HVAC. They also serviced our shop, Mr. cool air and heat system. Their prices were fair and comparable to other companies. They set up a yearly service and maintenance plan for both our systems. Trevor came and diagnosed two issues with our system that was preventing our house from staying warm. This was after another contractor didn’t identify anything wrong with the system. Trevor was able to come out the day I called. After few days later after the parts arrived Cameron arrived to repair the system. They both did a fantastic job and they will be out preferred HVAC source moving forward. We were very impressed.

Great service at a great price. Tech had to go get the part to fix our heater once it was diagnosed. Technician was quick to go to the warehouse and returned with the part needed. He fixed the part quickly and tested our system. We had heat again at an affordable price.

We are building a house. The technician (Hans) just came and helped with evening out our two story system. He went above and beyond to help us out. Tony did my 6 month service on all of my HVAC systems- changing filters, cleaning everything and making any necessary adjustments. It went smoothly and quickly. He answered all of my questions. He always helps me understand how the systems function when I ask, and shows me any adjustments I can choose to make if I want.
