I’m so glad my friends recommended Welch to us!

I originally had a different company come out to look at our AC because it wasn’t cooling. The first time the other company came out the guy “didn’t have time to check for leaks” and the second time he came out— 3 days later because it already wasn’t cooling again, he found a big leak in the outside unit, (but wouldn’t check the unit in the attic because it was after 11am). The other company said that they would get me quotes and “hopefully” they would have time next week to come replace it, but that we couldn’t even turn our AC on until it gets fixed due to what he had to use to test it for leaks.

When I told some friends about our AC troubles, one hopped on the phone and called Nick at Welch, (after hours on a Friday), to see if they would be able to come out sooner to replace our unit. Nick got ahold of us right away, the quote was thousands of dollars less than the other company was going to charge, and they would be willing to come out next-day (on a Saturday) to replace the AC.

The guys that came to do the work were great! They got right to work and made sure that everything was working properly before they left. The first time they had us turn on the system to test, the fan wasn’t coming on, but they got right to troubleshooting and got the issues resolved ASAP. They made sure that it was cooling and we were happy before they left. I’m not sure if it is typical, but they also included 1 year of preventative maintenance with our contract, (the unit had a 10-year warranty too).

I highly recommend Welch and just wish I would have called them first!

We recently had a new HVAC system installed by Welch, and the entire process from start to finish was seamless and professionally handled. The team arrived on time, was well-prepared, and maintained a clean and organized work area throughout the installation. They took the time to explain the system, answered all of our questions, and ensured everything was working efficiently before wrapping up.

The quality of workmanship was excellent, and we can already feel the difference in comfort and air quality throughout our home. The Ecobee Thermostat is easy to use once you get the hang of it.

FANTASTIC service! Quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the part needed. Installed a few days later and our AC works great again! The technician Paul had a great attitude and showed up right on time when the appointment was set. They even let us borrow a portable AC so we didn't get too hot while we waited for the installation. 🙏

Arrived on time for an hvac installation and did an outstanding job replacing a dinosaur ac/furnace from the 70's. Left everything cleaner than when they arrived, and were very friendly. Satisfied customer.

Nick was prompt with his competitive estimate and scheduled the new install quickly. Hank arrived on time, worked respectfully and cheerfully; patiently explained what he was doing, how the equipment worked and anticipated and answered all my questions. (Doug?) programmed my thermostat and chatted with me about mini-split solutions for my North Idaho 'cabin'.
Couldn't ask for more in the way of value or customer service. We are looking forward to working with Welch in the future (2 years of regular semi-annual maintenance were included in the cost of the new system)

Highly recommend Welch Heating & Air. Our AC and Furnace replacement went very smooth and they performed high quality work. The whole process from Nick getting us a reasonable and timely quote through the entire installation was top notch. 10/10 recommend!

We had another company come out a little over a month ago saying our unit was “fine”. But it wasn’t. Charlie came in and within 2 hours had everything working and fixed. Our house has been about 80* for 2-3 weeks and having it at 72 is HEAVEN. With 100+ coming this week, we had to do something. So glad we called Welch!

Welch has been amazing! I had a new unit installed lest summer and after shopping around, I found them to be the best quality and price in the Tri-City area.
Nick responded immediately when my unit went out, did a temporary fix, and had my new unit installed within 3 days!

We had a great experience with Welch Heating and Air Conditioning. Our technician Charlie came out to run a diagnostic test on our AC unit. Charlie was wonderful to work with and explained everything in clear detail what needed to be done and our quote was reasonably priced.

My electric furnace was 35 years old and it was time to replace before it went out at the worst timing possible. Nick was so easy to worth with through the entire process. There was no pressure to purchase, he made sure I was informed and knew what was needed vs what could be upgraded if I wanted! He fit everything within our budget and had it installed the same week. WOW!!! My faith in the service industry has been restored. Paul, the Welsh technician, was fantastic. The service was great, they responded in a very timely manner AND got the job done right. Definately recommend them to everyone in the Tri-Cities in need of heating and A/C servcies.

We had three different companies give us estimates for a new AC unit. Welch was the most affordable with easy financing options. They installed our unit quickly. The team was nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Now we have a new top of the line unit, a 10 year warranty, and two years of free check ups. The Welch team is who I would recommend if you need your unit serviced or replaced.

Was able to get me amazing quote on a whole new indoor and outdoor unit and when I was ready for installation, Nick had a team at my house within 3 days and finished a whole demo and install within less than 8 hours. Nick Tabor came to service our HVAC unit, and it was a great experience. He was polite, he worked quickly, and efficiently, and he was honest. Nick didn’t try to upsell me on equipment I didn’t need, and he helped make sure our HVAC was running the best it could.
