I have contracted with Total Energy for several years and I am very pleased with their service. Recently my heat pump failed and my home was very cold. I contacted Total Energy and a service rep was here promptly. He recommended an appointment with Steve Crowder Total Energy’s Consultant. Steve explained the work and payment options. He gave me sound advice and directed me to the City of Richland for loan options.

The work crew was very nice and polite. The worked inside my home for full day and left everything clean and neat.

Steve took time to explain how to use the thermostat and downloaded the Infinity Link on my computer
He has checked back to make sure all is well.

Just wanted to share my experience with their estimator Rowdy Yates. From the moment he stepped in my door I had a great feeling from Rowdy. He didn’t try to up sell or over sell me anything I didn’t need. Very knowledgeable, upfront and I felt honest with telling me what I need and what would work best for my condo. Answered all my questions with excitement that I was asking and great wisdom. You can tell Rowdy enjoys his job!
I spoke with 4 other companies and Rowdy put me the most at ease.
My system hasn’t been installed yet, but I signed on the line today to get it set up from the gut feeling I had talking with Rowdy vs his competitors.

Big shout out to TEM! From day one I have been extremely impressed with this company. Had a new system installed this summer. Whenever I call with questions or concerns they are quickly addressed. I received a call back from Cody today and within minutes he answered all of my concerns. Very knowledgeable! An amazing team and an asset to our community. If you are ever looking for a company that follows through with their commitment to customer service this is the ONE!

On Friday, Matt came out to take a look at our AC that wasn't working properly. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. He wasn't pushy and did exactly what we asked for. We ended up needing a new thermostat and a charge. Our AC wasn't keeping up with the temps. We have 2 Boston Terriers who can't be in the heat and every other place we called couldn't come out for 3 weeks. Total Energy came out within a week. Our AC works great now. We are very happy with our service. We even got on their maintenance plan and it was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend using T.E.M!

Just had our 1 yr. Service that was included in the installation of a new HVAC system. Service was quick and professional. They also did a good job with the install. Will keep using them for seasonal service.

Capacitor in Heat pump went out. The part cost $338 through Total Energy Management. Cost $65 on Amazon. If I had been advised that I could have purchased part & paid the fee to have installed later, I could have saved over $100. However, I was happy with their quick response and service. Very polite and professional.

Total Energy Management’s drivers seem to be intentionally slowing down traffic, possibly because they’re paid by the hour. One of their vans was in the fast lane, moving well below the speed limit, causing other drivers to weave around dangerously. This deliberate obstruction and lack of consideration for other road users is unacceptable. If this reflects their approach to business, I wouldn’t consider hiring them.

Our heat-pump finally needed replacing after 25 years. An extremely easy way to learn about our replacement options was meeting with Rowdy Yates from Total Energy. He contacted us personally to set-up a meeting time and had the technical knowledge and communication skills to calculate and explain what our heat/air requirements were. He also explained the new efficiency benefits in ways we could understand and that helped us decide what would work best for our home. The prices which included the install and maintenance support were very reasonable. Shortly after the install Rowdy came by to explain the new system and answer any operational questions. Additionally, he offered his availability for any future questions we might have. If you are deciding on replacing your heating/air system we highly recommend scheduling a meeting with Rowdy. We had a great experience working with him and all the technicians from Total Energy.

Thank you Total Energy Management for a job well done! We just completed our heat pump replacement and upgrade and are very pleased with the work and timeliness of the installation. Rowdy and Chris were very knowledgeable about the "Carrier" heat pump and circuit breaker panel upgrade. They both laid out various options for us to choose from. Once the decision was made, the installation was completed in a timely manner. Very professional, with no add on charges or delays. Would highly recommend Total Energy Management to anyone thinking of a heat pump installation.

Rowdy, Junior and the entire crew were incredible from start to finish, with the diagnosis / quote / full install. They took care of our new HVAC install without a single hiccup. Great service and transparency!! I highly recommend Rowdy and his crew.

The sign that they have outside is a hazard to driving in the dark as it is so brights and frequently switches between bright and dark backgrounds creating a distraction for driving.

Great experience! AC went out Sunday evening. I called at 8am this morning (Monday). Was told someone would be here between 2 and 4 pm. Junior (great guy) showed up a little before 2pm. Within 30 minutes my system was back up and running. Thank you for the expedited service on a 100 degree day! My cousin recommended you and we will definitely be calling with any future needs. My yearly maintenance and checkup went smoothly. I appreciate how well Total Energy keeps in touch and makes sure my system is in top shape.

Rowdy and the whole Total Energy Management team was awesome. The installers Went above and beyond and Rowdy made sure that we were completely satisfied. Replacing a HVAC system is not a pleasant experience, but TOE took the stress out of it.

This company is working on a project of the New Jersey Mike’s restaurant off of George Washington Way and there’s only five parking spots outside Starbucks, which this company is taking up almost all of them. I asked him if he could please move his truck over and quit taking up two spots and he told me too bad. I’m unloading my truckthen 10 minutes later he was on the roof heckling me about the fact that he didn’t care what I thought if this is what the company portrays then I can imagine the kind of work this gentleman is doing.

Nick was a life saver!! After a weekend of our home being 83 degrees he showed up this morning and was in and out in no time!! He diagnosed it and fixed it no waiting!!! Would recommend Nick and his company to anyone!! Best service I’ve receive in Tricities!! Thanks again Nick everyone in our home is very very happy tonight!!

Welch Heating and Air Conditioning is a life saver! Our AC fan motor went out the first week the weather reached into the 90s & we were BAKING! I called them up & explaining what happened & they squeezed me in that same morning at 9am! They got the part we needed ordered immediately & put into our home as soon as it arrived. They had a very busy schedule but squeezed us in just so we didn’t burn up! They didn’t mark the parts up or over charge us like most others we called tried to do! They charged us a very reasonable price & are very transparent & trustworthy & are here to help people not just take your $$$

If you want a trust worthy company that won’t over charge & that actually cares for their customers this is the company to call.

Wow! This company has won me over! Nick is Amazing! We put our house up for sale in December and of course the whole unit died!
