Amazing service the service gentleman arrived in less than an hour on a very hot day and fixed my unit.

Steve came out on my urgent request on a super hot Sunday when my AC was not functioning and got me up and running, as well as letting me know he would initiate a replacement request via my insurance (which another company the insurance pushed on me had not done and apparently should have in the past). He was kind and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and quality HVAC help!

Our heater wasn’t working. Steven and his team with Limitless Heating and Cooling got us a next day appointment. They came on Monday and were on time and efficient. There was a part that wasn’t working, they ordered it same day. It arrived Tuesday, and they got us in on Wednesday. Overall the experience was excellent! They will be our go to for anything heating and cooling related for sure! Great work, great price!

I submitted a claim through AHS Warranty and was assigned Limitless. Steve assessed the issue and is working to write up the estimate for AHS. In the meantime he topped off my refrigerant so my dogs and I aren't dying in the 100°+ heat! He was friendly, considerate, and speedy.

The whole team is awsome too work with. Larry the technician was really professional and was able to explain to us what was wrong with our unit and what it would be required to fix it. Steve and yesenia had great communication with us to schedule and order parts. I highly recommend them.

Steve is great! I have used him when we bought a mini split off Amazon for our shop to check it out. I used him to service our home before we sold it, recently had him come service our new house. Him and Larry are great guys, communicate good and pricing and service has always been great. He is my go to guy from now on. I have worked with him enough I trust what he says and recommends. Use Limitless you won’t regret it.

Can't say enough about Steve and his crew. My AC quit working. I called expecting to leave a message, but Steve answered the call and I was able to get an appointment for the next day, first thing in the morning. Steve and Larry diagnosed the problem, which was created by the former HVAC company that did the install, and quickly fixed it. I know Steve has worked on other systems in my neighborhood, always putting the customer's needs first. He is very knowledgeable and always has a solution. Give Limitless a call and give them a chance. You'll be glad you did.

BEWARE! This company repaired my heat pump system and when it came time to use the heat pump the system never worked. Steve from Limitless told me there was nothing he could do and that he later found out the compressor he installed was refurbished and not new but never mentioned it. I was told that my warranty company was to blame and not him. He refused to honor any work that was completed and ended up just hanging up on me when I was attempting to get answers and explain where I was coming from in this situation.

Steven and team are fast and professional. These guys know their trade. Difficult job climbing up into an attic to remove the indoor coil, clean coil and pump down a R-410A system. Reinstall coil, recharge and vacuum/pressure test. Defect solved. All on a brutal 95* day. In and out in less than 5 hours. Heat pump runs perfect.

These guys were great. They showed up on time. They were very knowledgeable about the working of our heating system. They were also very pleasant to talk to. They cleaned up any dust from the attick that fell below. Most importantly, they didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. My system was working great according to them.

Maintenance called before arriving was welcoming. Both technicians were professional and able to check and clean our heating and cooling. I would recommend. Took less than a hour.

Buyer beware! My experience with Limitless Heating and Air Cooling, assigned by American Home Shield to service my furnace, has been nothing short of disastrous. Initially, the technician came out multiple times, offering temporary fixes rather than addressing the root cause of the problem. After three visits, American Home Shield finally authorized a new furnace, which Steve installed.

For a brief period, everything seemed fine—until ten days later when I found myself without heat again. Steve attributed the issue to a problem in the box, claiming he had resolved it. Unfortunately, two weeks later, my propane usage skyrocketed. After reporting this to Steve, he promised to check my lines in three weeks.

Desperate for answers, I called another HVAC technician to investigate. Shockingly, he discovered flames rolling out of the furnace, warning me that using it could lead to a house fire. When I contacted Steve about this alarming discovery, he admitted that he had mistakenly installed a natural gas conversion kit instead of a propane one. This negligence not only caused extensive damage to the furnace but also put my family's safety at serious risk.

Though Steve initially promised to cover the costs of the new furnace and all related expenses, his story changed once I brought the situation to American Home Shield's attention. His lack of accountability and negligence are deeply concerning.

At this point, I am still without a functioning furnace and have had no resolution. I strongly recommend others to think twice before choosing Limitless Heating and Air Cooling for their HVAC needs. This experience has not only caused a tremendous amount of stress but has also endangered my family's safety.

When my system needed replacement I reached out to several local companies. Steve was by far the most responsive, taking my phone calls and texts over the course of a couple weeks while I reviewed my options. Steve was knowledgable and explained my options in terms I could understand. Seers? Inverter system, variable speed air box… what the heck is all that?!!
Steves pricing was competitive and install times were reasonable.
The install crew was communicative, prompt and respectful.

I want to like them, but they are slow, hard to get ahold of, and very spotty on returning calls. They probably do a good job, but I never got to that point because it was impossible reach them and I was tired of waiting on them.

Crew of three came out today and installed new equipment indoor and outdoor. They were very polite, professional and informative, answering questions with knowledge of the process. Pre-install service included the owner coming out to explain it all and walk the site. Would recommend them to any of my neighbors and friends in Grant County or beyond!
