Jacob was absolutely fantastic! We started having AC issues in the morning and by afternoon Jacob was at our house diagnosing the issue and getting it fixed. He was professional, kind and very knowledgeable about the HVAC system. Will definitely be using Americool again. Keep up the amazing work!

I met with Julio this morning to address an emergency heat situation and he was very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable on not only the issue at hand but took the time to check everything else out while on-site and found another issue with the humidifier and advised of it but was not pushy about upsetting the repair and simply provided all the information and answered questions with out trying to up sell anything additional. I will be using them again moving forward.

Americool did an awesome job with our fireplace. Julio C was very polite and professional and explained everything he was doing and gave us the cost of everything he did as he was working. There were no unexpected costs and I could tell he had the experience needed to do the job. Julio serviced my heat pump that had a refrigerant leak. Delays as result of the manufacturer not having parts available was frustrating and left me relying on emergency heat for a few weeks, but the Amicool team provided excellent service, especially Julio who was very knowledgeable and was great at communicating the issue and the actions taken to resolve them.

The service technician (Julio) was very knowledgeable about our HVAC system and immediately figured out the issue which was mainly our thermostat programming and resolved it. He was also very helpful in explaining how the system works and showed us how to set it up to be more efficient. He answered all of our questions and got us set up to go forward in the right direction. I highly recommend Americool for and HVAC maintenance service or new HVAC installation work They installed our system 7 years ago when we built our house and did a great job and are fair in their pricing.

John was very helpful with Benton REA rebate program. He proposed a couple of different options for my Mom's home.Replaced A/C system for Heat pump.The heat pump system is very quiet. I keep forgetting to ask Mom about power usage vs.last year. The goodson.lol.

Julio C completed the final steps to complete the new installation and inspection of the furnace, heat pump and water heater. Julio was very polite and knowledgeable. He instructed me to understand the new set up. Answered all my question well. Julio is very personable, polite and very respectful. Americool is a very respectable company and hires their employees with amazing principals.

Recently we had HVAC installation. Brandon and Craig were very friendly and got straight down to business. Removal and Installation were done by the end of the day. Also worthy of noting, a circuit board inside the unit was accidentally damaged during the installation. This did not affect the operation and the unit works perfectly, however, they were upfront and honest about the mistake and stand by their work. A new circuit board is ordered from the factory and will be replaced with no extra charge. We would have been none the wiser had they not told us about it. Now that is Integrity with a capital I. A company you can trust to do the right thing. Thank you Brandon, Craig, John and everyone else involved in the project. We highly recommend Americool.

I thought the pricing thru Americool was certainly fair for a full system replacement. The service techs Brandon and Josh arrived on time and were very professional. I also felt they completed a top notch installation. They took the time to explain everything and were simply great people to deal with. A+ as far as I am concered. I will happily reccomend!!
