Ibex did a great job of doing a pre inspection outside and in the attic. They had a great estimate cost that went up a little after the original roof was removed when they could see more clearly the plywood that needed replacing. Their upgrades to our roof and components was excellent. They fixed issues that were keeping the attic from venting properly which was one of the reasons we had to replace 19 sheets of plywood. The roofing was finished in 1 1/2 days and looked excellent. The roofers interacted with me very well answering any questions I had regarding the project. A post inspection was done after the job was finished to make sure everything was done to IBEX standards. We were then given photos of before, during and after job completion. I was very pleased with the new roof.

As a General Contractor, I want to know that I can find the materials that I need in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner. While building a goat barn for a client I found that it was challenging to find quality gutters in a specific color and within a short timeframe. After trying multiple venues and finding no success, Ibex Roof was recommended to me by an associate. Not only did they have what I needed but they got it to me on the same day. The associates there, Trent and Sam were very professional and provided exceptional customer service. I will definitely be using this company and their services again in the future.

I was looking for great roofing company. I scheduled 5 estimates with different companies. IBEX Roof was 3rd on my list. Kyle came and did presentation that absolutely sold me. I didn't even waited for the 2 remaining companies and their estimates. Kyle was professional and friendly.
Next stop was Johnny the project manager. Johnny contacted me to introduce himself and walked me thru what will be next. Johnny explained everything clearly and in timely manner. Again being very professional and attentive to whatever questions I had. All was scheduled for 11/23/22.
Fidel and Don arrived on time, introduced themselves and went straight to work. Amazing work by 2 hard workers. They finished at 4:30pm and came back on Thanksgiving ( I had no problem with that) to dov the final touch ups and clean up.
Today 11/25/22 Johnny came back for final walk thru. I am very happy and satisfied with the great job they did. Amazing work . I forgot to mention that free gutters promotion with my roof will be installed on 12/1/22
