Came across this place while setting estimates for roof repair. They were 45h on my list of inquiries and first to reach out to schedule a visit to access the damage. Jadyn was so friendly and helpful. The guy who came out was very patient and polite. He broke down what options we had for the repairs needed. Price was within our budget. They even fixed a couple of spots that they found that weren't part of the estimate. Workers came and quickly got to work. Now we just have to wait and see how it holds up the next time it rains.

Had the company out for a quote and they were a strong contender, but ultimately went with a different contractor. When I first reached out to the company and again after receiving their quote, I made it crystal clear that I do not consent to being added to any marketing lists. They just started sending spam emails to me so are earning a 1-star review for not respecting my consent on unsolicited marketing.

Kit (from Redbird Roofing) came to inspect the fascia on the back of our house that one of the painters who recently had painted it said was weak. Kit explained that because the fascia is connected to the roof, it would be more costly to repair it now and suggested that it would be more cost effective to wait until the roof was replaced. He said that the fascia wasn't a structural issue so waiting made more sense.

We appreciated Kit's honesty and his consideration for a less expensive solution. He also used his drone to inspect our roof to determine whether it needed replacing soon. He said we could wait a few years to do so.

About a year ago, we had Redbird Roofing replace our garage roof and our garage door and front porch steps. They worked very quickly and did a great job. The manager even came out after the job to help us with the garage door lock that wasn't working after the door was replaced.
