The technician (Leo) came out to look at our oven/stovetop and quickly identified that the issue was simple. He didn’t try to upsell or suggest unnecessary repairs—just explained clearly what was going on, fixed it, and made sure everything was working before leaving. Had a great experience with Leo's prompt repair of our Sub-Zero 642 side by side refrigerator. Wanted to do everything we could to maintain our existing unit. He was a champ at diagnosing the issues we had and make the tradeoffs on "repair vs. replace." Our fridge is now back to "original performance".
There was also another different followup issue that popped up after the repair and he promptly responded to quickly identify and repair that issue also. Leo and Expert Appliance Repair are highly recommended.

Leo arrived promptly within the timeframe given, gave a quick and honest assessment and had the parts to be able provide a same day fix on our Viking cooktop. Freezer on LG fridge was leaking water. Dmitro diagnosed the problem correctly even before he started working. Fixed problem quickly and told me some steps to prevent a reoccurrence. Very professional, very knowledgeable - I will definitely use Expert Appliance in the future!

They were able to get someone out to me within 24 hours to fix my washer--deeply needed with a toddler in the house! Dmitro was courteous, quick, and explained what had likely happened, how to avoid it in the future, and what to do in the event that I noticed another problem. We can't recommend Expert Appliance Repair highly enough. Their technician Leo has repaired our aging Sub-Zero refrigerator and Dacor wall oven, saving us from having to replace them with new appliances. These folks do a terrific job and are on speed dial for us.

The technician arrived right on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire visit. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what needed to be done, and had the new igniter installed in no time.

I highly recommend Expert Appliance Repair. I got Leo's contact from a neighbor. After I reached out, he diagnosed the issue with my Wolf oven based on a video I took. He ordered the part right away and stayed in close contact. He completed the job efficiently and also explained how to do some routine maintenance on my Subzero fridge, which he also fixed. Great communication and timely service.

Our Bertazzoni gas stove wouldn’t stay lit and they were able to come out and fix it. They took great care to protect our kitchen and our floors as they did the repair. They also drove out here even in the snow and we really appreciated the dedicated effort to meet their appointment window.

THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! We had an issue with our freezer section in our Samsung fridge being inoperable. Senior tech Leo came in and I kid you not, he took apart a few things in the fridge and he diagnosed the problem WITHIN MINUTES!!!! I would give these guys more than 5 stars if I could! I don’t write reviews to often but the way they handled things was beyond to excellent to not leave a review!

We called Expert Appliance after the tenants at our house reported the CO alarm would go off after using our Viking gas range. While we weren't physically on site, Leo was incredibly communicative with both the tenants and me and very professional throughout the whole repair. Really appreciate the attention to detail and thorough follow-up!
