They repaired my KitchenAid for a reasonable price and in a quick timeframe. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend for KitchenAid repairs.

Our Kitchenaide K5SS was built so long ago that the replacement power cord was not an exact fit. BUT AJAX showed us how to file the case on our old Kitchenaide to make the replacement part fit perfectly. Took all of 5 minutes to file out the slot for the new power cord. Total cost including tax was LESS THAN an internet order, AND we got EXPERT advice immediately and the appliance is working again in less than one day. The internet order would have taken 5 days snail mail. Thank you AJAX. We''' be back.

Fantastic service. He repaired a Panasonic room fan that's like 20-years old. And it was so inexpensive. I tried to tip him, but they wouldn't accept it. Love that it didn't end up in the landfill. Anything else that breaks, I'LL BE BACK!

The guy that owns this place is as good as gold.
He only works on maybe three different brands of appliances. He knows everything about these appliances if you have one he can fix it.
He is not greedy. His prices range from silly cheap (of it ends up being something he can fix on the spot)to reasonable.
This is the kind of small business that we ought to want to bottle and Preserve

9/28/2020 - Back again for a Waring blender blade repair. Arrived about 15min before closing and was out the door in 10 minutes with a new blade setup with washers - one extra washer on the bottom. Thanks again!

I was having trouble getting the screw for the tilt head back in after installing an Everdime for my KitchenAid Mixer. I just couldn't get the angle right and the threads to line up. Took it into Ajax and they got me all set in about 10 minutes. Extremely friendly and they didn't charge me anything even after I insisted they do. They didn't have to do that. I can't recommend them enough!

Had the pleasure of working with Ajax Electric today. There was ALOT of troubleshooting involved. Problem was identified, so that the following vendor could come in and make the final repairs. Thanks Ismael!

I recently moved a few hours away but this is one of those magic places worth the drive back into town. I don’t know anywhere else that is so helpful with small motors for things like bathroom exhaust fans and wall heaters.

Last month I brought in an old wall heater I wanted to save from the dump. They told me exactly what the issue was, that the part isn’t available anymore, but they also told me how to track down what I needed for a diy fix. No charge.

I love this place. It was my last try before getting a new mixer and minutes after we walked in with my old one (45 years old) he looked at it, adjusted one screw with a screwdriver, tested it and we were on our way!!! I really appreciate people that can repair good things. Just the best!

I was so happy to see that they are still open and thriving. (They rearranged the store space and it looked closed). They have done so many repairs for my restaurant appliances. We really appreciate their expertise.

My kitchenaid mixer needed a tune up, perfect place. They changed the grease and got it ready for holiday baking! So happy they do this, and reasonably priced.

My daughter bought a 30-year-old kitchenaid mixer at a thrift shop, so it needed a tuneup. Ajax gave a solid estimate of what I might expect (came in much lower in the end), got the work done in less than a week, and was great in communication. A+++, would absolutely use again.

Brought my 5qt Kitchen Aid in for a quick fix and Terry hooked me up!!! He was super friendly, walked me through what he was doing without "mansplaining", and got in and outta there within 10 minutes.

This review is for services rendered a couple years ago, and I should have left it then. Better late than never.

So far I've brought two items to Ajax for repair. A small portable heater and a box fan from the 1940's(!!). Both services were done quickly, well, and for an extremely reasonable price. They really went above and beyond with the box fan in particular, literally custom-fitting and installing new armature mounts in the 80-year-old motor, and I couldn't be happier with the results! It runs like new and has served me well every summer since. The heater has run flawlessly since its service as well.

I highly recommend these folks for any and all appliance or small electric motor work. You won't be disappointed.
