Dmitro has come to my house several times for different appliance issues. I’m a renter, and my rental management company chose this repair crew to handle the work. They made a great choice, I’ve been very impressed with how efficient and helpful they are.

I’ve only worked with Dmitro, but every experience has been excellent. He is kind, punctual, and professional. While the company gives a wide arrival window, each time he has shown up on the early end, which I really appreciate.

My stackable washer/dryer sprung a leak. My husband found Expert Appliance Repair on line. I called and they were able to come out that day. Dmitro was amazing, he arrived in the time frame that was given and was efficient in figuring out where the leak was. Dmitro didn't try to sell us on things we didn't need. He returned within a couple of days with the part and had the washer back in order in no time. We are really pleased with the service and cost for our repair. Dimetriy did a great job and was very professional and friendly! He replaced my condenser cooling fan which had failed. The fan is not easily replaced and awkward to access. He answered my questions in a positive manner and was courteous at all times!

I was pleased with how quickly Expert Appliance Repair scheduled their service call. When Leo arrived, he explained the problem and what was required to fix it. He had all of the necessary parts in his van and he completed the job efficiently and left the job site thoroughly clean.

Expert Appliance Repair was fast, friendly and affordable. When our Bosch dishwasher broke (not an emergency / no flooding) they were able to come the next day. The issue was quickly identified and when the part arrived a week later they immediately reached out to come by and complete the work. Highly recommend them.

For all I know, these people are great at what they do. However, I couldn't find out because when I called and asked to speak to a technician to see if it's even something they're familiar with doing, the agent told me I'd have to just book them 'for a fee' to come out and tell me, and I was told that technicians don't make phone calls. So yeah, onto the next one and hopefully they'll be able to answer some basic questions before I take time off work to meet with a technician.

Vlad from Expert Appliance Repair was professional, thorough, and efficient in diagnosing and fixing our leaking refrigerator. On top of that he was was friendly, personable, and communicative. We were also grateful that we were able to get squeezed in to a busy appointment schedule during the holiday season. Needed a professional to help solve a problem with our diswasher. Called to schedule, and was on the books for same-day service with no hassle. Tech arrived early in the quoted window, got to work quickly, and was done in about a half hour. Left it exactly how he found it, and my dishwasher has been restored to working order. Got exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. Will definitely call them again if I need appliance repair service.

Dmitro was amazing!!! He came out to our townhome and did a very thorough investigation of what was wrong with our KitchenAid stove (two burners shorted and convection heating element warped). We rent this townhome, and Dmitro talked with me on the phone for 22 minutes explaining everything and various ways to move forward. I will recommend Dmitro and Expert Appliance Repair to all my friends in the future.

Dmitro did an absolutely fantastic job. He arrived on time (a little early even) diagnosed and fixed the problem, replacing the heating element within an hour. He was very personable and well mannered. This is the third time I used this firm for fix an appliance and the service is always top notch. I called at 9:30 am this morning and 2 hours later it was repaired!!

Vlad was very professional and knew how to fix the issue we have been experiencing with our washing machine. I'm thankful to finally have this resolved after all of the unsuccessful attempts I made following YouTube videos and Reddit threads.
