Update: I can’t add any more stars but I just wanted to say thanks again. Every time I have an issue with my machine (usually operator error), Henry is patient with me and helps figure it out. It’s definitely saved me a few unneeded trips into the shop. Just excellent customer service. Highest recommendation.

Have only ever interacted with Henry. He's always been very personable straight to the point and I appreciate how he explains what's going on with the machine. So glad to be able to take the machine in rather than having to ship it out somewhere/replace it.

This is the first time I abused this business. They were extremely helpful when I came in with my problem. I feel very confident that they would be able to deal with it in a timely and professional manner which they did. I was very happy with the repair. the cost estimate was right on target and they got it back to me faster than they had predicted. Henry fixed my coffee grinder quickly and at a very fair price. Most notably he was very patient and detailed about figuring out what was actually wrong and has been very helpful with any follow up questions that I've had since then. I would highly recommend his business.

THE BEST EXPRESSO REPAIR SHOP IN SEATTLE! We have used Henry for over 15 years. He is amazing. Our Expresso machines have been returned after repair and cleaning, and they look brand new.

day 0 - came to the shop for the first time. I was told that would take a couple of weeks - to fix my coffee maker. I didn't expect that, it was kind of a surprise for me - not to have the coffee maker for 14 days, but OK. So, I waited for 14 days - no calls, so I called.
day 14 - I was told that the original estimate was 2-3 weeks and I misinterpreted it. And I would get a phone call within the next week (7 days). OK... I waited for 11 more calendar days - no calls.
day 25 - I got a call on Monday saying that they finally got to the issue, diagnosed it, and that was a known issue and a part replace will fix that. So, that would take 1 or 2 days to get it fully done, and I would get a phone call within the next 1-2 days. No calls for the next 7 days..
day 32 - I called myself. I was told that apparently they didn't have the part in stock, had to order it, delivery was delayed, and it's not ready yet. Few minutes later I was called: they found the part in the shop (??) and that would take additional 1-2 days to get it fixed. Few hours after that I got another call saying that the machine has been actually fixed and I can pick it up.
day 33 - I got my machine back. When I came home, I realized there was no more water filter installed in the machine. It might be old and should have been replaced. But just removing it without even telling me that there is no more water filter or suggesting to buy a new one?? So, I had to ordered a new water filter and wait more after waiting for 33 days.
day 36 - the new water filter has been delivered and installed, so I got my coffee machine in a working condition.
If you don't care about time at all, or have a spare coffee maker, that might work.

For the past 15 years we have had the pleasure of drinking expresso each morning from a DeLonghi maker, It continues to produce rich expresso every morning and that is largely due to Henry at Expresso Repair Experts. Honest to the core and seemingly most interested in providing extreme customer service, knowing the profits will follow because once you have had your machine serviced by them, you will never go anywhere else. Thanks Henry for the great service and showing us what service with integrity looks like. I am a life long customer as a result.

I was happy to find Espresso Repair Experts, and they did a great job communicating about what my machine needed, kept me apprised of updates and changes to the invoice (it needed more work than initially estimated), and shipped it back quickly. Was completely impressed with Henry’s professional approach, knowledge and experience in diagnosing and then repairing our DeLonghi Magnifica expresso machine. The cost of the repairs was 10 percent of the cost of a new machine and extended the life of the existing machine for several more years. So nice to find a repair shop nearby us when our little De'longhi was leaking, power button sticking, and just generally acting up.

I have taken 3 super automatic machines to Henry over the years. Always explains what's wrong, fast to fix, and very reasonable cost. Now, my De'Longhi - Magnifica quit working. When I picked it up, Henry said it only took 5 minutes to fix. No charge. Wow..!!

Highly recommend! It’s great to have a place to repair my coffee grinder rather than replace it and receive instructions on how to keep it functioning properly.

Henry is phenomenal. He tried very hard to solve my issues over the phone and when it couldn't be remedied he had me bring the machine in. It turned out to only be a relay which he ordered and replaced. Sadly it took 2 weeks due to the fact he was busy, which I understand. But he was very polite and professional. If my machine ever has an issue I would for sure come back. and recommend every one there.

Henry is the best and knows all there is to know about espresso machines, especially DeLonghi. I couldn't be more thankful for his work and his patience in explaining the issue my machine was having. He was very communicative at each step of the repair process. Now my machine is squeaky clean and performing as if it were brand new!
