Repair service was fast and fantastic! We had a true commercial cooler that had a broken fan and had stopped cooling. Everything is working great now and we definitely know who to call when we have a problem! Highly recommend this service.

Le repaired a total of 3 of my coolers at my bar and came by on 2 separate occasions. The good is that he is punctual and usually available. But then there is the bad. The diagnosis was always the same which was that they needed freon. For his first visit, he recharged 2 coolers and it cost about $600. The second visit was to repair a beer cooler and charged $529. Make sure you get the prices up front or a copy of the pricing sheet because he kind of makes up the numbers when he's there. To top it off, one of the coolers he repaired during his first visit is no longer working.

Lee is an extremely exceptional honest and hard-working individual who has helped me out many times when my refrigeration systems have gone down. I highly recommend using him for any of your Refrigeration needs.

I would highly recommend this company. Came out to our restaurant on our first weekend open when our walk in went down. Showed up within an hour of calling, got the walk in repaired in 2 hours and saved us thousands of dollars of product we could have lost.

Lee showed up on time and did a lot of extra work that he didn't charge for. He fixes others work with no problem. I have been doing business with him for 15 years and over many companies. You would be missing out not to hire this company.

I had the opportunity to use their service when my refrigerator broke down. I didn’t know who to call and when my friend recommend their services I was in awe with the service I was able to receive. Not only did they arrive within the hour of me calling, but the work was done right then and there. I’m blessed that I am able to continue my work through these things and I don’t know what I would do without them. The customer service was amazing and my price I thought was very fair.

If you needed a sign that you should you their services than this is it because I won’t be calling anyone else.

DO NOT USE!!! Lee thuan is a scammer!!! He wrote these positive reviews himself. I called him out during our heatwave after my freezer failed. He was here quickly and told me it just needed frion gas and it will be back up. He way over charged me (almost $2000.00) for frion and "tune kit". The freezer worked again until exactly 30 days, I then called him back out to take a look, he said it needed more frion and then charged me almost $3000.00 for more frion and "oil change". I don't know anything about refrigeration systems and trusted him. The freezer never came back on. He kept telling me to wait 30 minutes until he finally told me he can't fix and to call someone else. After calling another company I went up on roof with them to find out he didn't do anything at all to system on roof. He showed me pictures of a different system that he had fixed when I asked to see what he was doing up there. The new technician told me that they don't take oil and that no tune up was done. He didn't even clean the filters. Please do not use. I'm currently reporting him to the state of Washington. Photo is after Lee finished his work on unit and I went up with different company

I asked Le to take a look at a leak in our walk in and help me identify what the cause might be. He didn't listen to my concerns. Instead, he needlessly put in freon without telling me, charged me for it, wrote his number with marker on top of our fridge and left. I asked him about the leak, and he said he took a look and will send me a quote to fix it. 2 weeks went by and I had to call him to check up on the quote. He said he'll send it to me that day. Never did. Absolutely unprofessional.

Le has been incredibly responsive and thorough every time we need help with our refrigerators or ice machines. Timeliness and effectiveness are key to running a successful business and Le has helped us maintain ours without skipping a beat when things break or need maintenance. I cannot recommend Le enough!

Our commercial walk in cooler wasn't working. Also previously, fixed our true cooler merchandiser. Came in diagnosed and repaired units in a timely professional matter. Everything is working perfectly and a job very well done. I highly reccomend him for his services and look forward to working with him again.

Le is highly trusted, knowledgeable and skilled. He has fixed many appliances for me at the restaurants I work with. He answers calls any time of the day and responds quickly and always delivers a quality service. Very expedient while being efficient and communicative. I cannot recommend him enough!

Lee has been our go-to guy for refrigeration repair at our 3 restaurants for a couple years. He always responds when we have an issue and never hesitates to come out as soon as he can. He quickly figures out what the problem is, how to fix it, and what the cost will be. He does quality work at a fair price. I would recommend Lee to anyone!

I’ve been running the kitchen I’m in now for 5 years.
The first time I needed one of my make lines serviced I contacted Le. He told me he could be to my location in under an hour.
He showed up 20 minutes later. The unit needed a switch replaced and a charge.
He left to go get a switch and was back so quickly I couldn’t believe it. He installed the switch and charged the unit. Back up and running in less than two hours from initial contact. The kind of urgency you need when a couple hundred dollars of food are on the line.

Ever since, Le is my go to for freezer/reefer service.
He’s even checked out my old reach in freezer when it was acting up. Instead of stringing it along and making money out of service calls, he told me I’d be better off replacing the unit.

Also with a beer cooler that died. He came in, put a charge to it, heard the gas coming out and told me it would be cheaper to replace than repair.
Didn’t charge me for the gas, just the service call.

I like Le. Very responsive, quick, friendly, helpful and professional.

Le Thuan does a fantastic job, and is kind and trustworthy as well! He has serviced my walk-in and 3-door coolers for several years, and recently rebuilt my vintage 3-door cooler. It’s running better than ever. I highly recommend his services.

The service is amazing! Our ancient (53+ years) compressor finally died completely, and after 8 days of back-and-forth with our old cooler repairmen getting nowhere, Seattle Comm had a new compressor installed and had us back up and running within 24 hours of us saying “go!” Incredibly fast, incredibly responsive, incredibly professional, and incredibly informative — he taught us more about maintaining the health of the antique system in one day… If your business is in need of a fridge repair specialist, we can’t say enough great things about them.
