Do not use! I paid $220 to fix my microwave. Tech left after saying it was the internal fuse, and it immediately blew a circuit after he left. Tried 3 dedicated circuits, all the same. Tech said he would come back right away when I called. 3x he said he was coming. 4 hours later he finally returned. This time he said it was the door. He fixed it and installed again, same issue blowing out 3 circuits again. He left the dead microwave installed and said I would get a refund and a call from the office. 3 days later, no call or refund. I called the dispatch, no reply from the “supervisor”. I messaged tech repeatedly, he says they will call me but obviously they do not plan to. If you want to blow all your electrical wiring, this is the group for you. The new microwave cost me less than this failed “repair”.

They came out fast which was great, but charged me $170 for a total of 5 minutes of work (removed 4 screws, said the compressor for the fridge was broken and that he wasn't qualified to repair it, charged $170 for the inspection). I appreciate the fast response, but very expensive for very little work.
