Andrey came out and in a few minutes diagnosed the issue and had the tools to repair the issue.He had the issue fixed and up and running in short order. He was very pleasant and informative. Very professional and reliable company. Excellent pricing. They were right on time. Ilia was knowledgeable and friendly and had lots of suggestions for options that kept the cost of repairs in mind.

Uriy was very professional and showed up a little earlier than the set time which was more than fine. I had an issue where the fridge was warm but the freezer was still ice cold. He pulled the top part apart cleared the blockage but determined the issue was something larger which was a coolant leak and he sealed it after testing where it was coming from. Turns out our fridge was working much harder than it needed to for a LONG time. The price was worth it because of how thorough he was and he was upfront about pricing. For the expertise I would recommend them 100% if you want the issue to be resolved.

I work as the service manager for a gelato machine manufacturer and have been using Mr. Fridge for service for about one year now.

Since the first time they ran a service call for me what stands out to me the most is their punctuality, very responsive communication, and most importantly their technical abilities and competence. Although the machine we are having them service is very obscure and very unfamiliar, they are able to perform the repairs for me with very little help or assistance required, and I am able to rest assured that they are completing the repair correctly.

On top of good service, their pricing is very economical. I would recommend these guys any day, they are great.

The technician fixed the issue, explained what happened, was friendly, and charged us a fair price. If I have any other refrigerator future issues . . . I will definitely use Mr. Fridge again.

I'm impressed! Ilia came to our home ON TIME and was very professional and pleasant. After I explained the problem, he went straight to work. I like that he spoke to me about my freezer in a way I could understand. Once he found the problem and fixed it, he cleaned up everything (I actually think it's cleaner now than it was before 😳😄). Needless to say, I'm very happy my freezer is fixed!
