Monday morning my dryer started making a mean screeching sound. I called Tim after I got home from work and he said he'd be out the next day. He showed up on time and within probably 60 seconds had my dryer diagnosed and let me know he had parts to fix it with him. 30 minutes later I was back up and running! Honest, hard working, competent, what more could you ask for! Easy 5 out of 5 review.

Tim did a wonderful job fixing my 2014 Whirlpool washing machine that performed brilliantly for 12 years until it didn't. He diagnosed the problem quickly as a malfunctioning control board that needed replacement. He then sourced and installed a new OEM control board. The washing machine has performed like new since his repairs.

Tim is old school. Modest, punctual, gets the job done for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend his service!!

We had a great experience with this company. We live on the Key Peninsula, so it was difficult to find a company willing to drive out here. Puget Sound Appliance Tech had no issue with our location and made the process very easy. They got back to me within 30 min of leaving a voicemail, and were able to come out and do the repair the next day. Their pricing was reasonable, and the crew was very kind and efficient. They did a great job, and I plan on using them for any future appliance repairs, and encourage everyone who reads this to give them a try as well.

Wonderful repairmen and knew their trade. Pleasant, personable and professional. Worked clean and thoroughly cleaned everything they worked on. Our Monogram refrigerator/freezer works better than it has for years.

Our freezer went out on our fridge and Puget Sound Appliance came out to conduct an analysis. The compressor has gone out and we need a new fridge.The repairmen that came out were professional and friendly and gave us some good ideas when buying a new fridge with a freezer. Will call them again if I need other appliance repair.

Service Technicians were early, went straight to work, found the issue and had the replacement parts. Very knowledgeable, friendly and I will not hesitate to contact them again if needed.

The guys at Puget Sound Appliance were very professional and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable about my refrigerator. They showed up on time , the price was very reasonable and they completed the work in a very timely fashion. We were very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them.

Technicians area always on time. They always do a through review of the problem and a detailed anaylsis of our washers/dryers. They are quick and quiet, which being a day spa, is important for us. They always take time to explain the issues and review the costs of repair. They also suggest procedures to keep from having the same issues.
