Our technician Andrey was great. He explained how our refrigerator worked and let us know what was wrong with it. We ordered the part and had it repaired.

The office billing, however, was off and we were charged a higher tax rate which resulted in spending time contacting the office to get this issue resolved. This makes me reluctant to use this company in the future as I can’t trust being billed correctly.

Alex and another technician, who I unfortunately didn't catch their name, came into my workplace to diagnose our commercial walk-in freezer. Both were extremely kind and professional. Their prices are reasonable for both part replacements and labor costs. They had an extremely quick turnaround, coming in the next day after I contacted them. They diagnosed the issues quickly and repaired everything the same day, as they had all the equipment on hand. This is a great company that I would highly recommend, especially for those who need prompt and reliable service!

I called Monday, tech came out Tuesday and did a full inspection and diagnosis. Got a quote same day. Wednesday scheduled repair for Thursday and Thursday morning the work was done and fridge worked again. Looked the part up myself. There was no markup on the actual compressor which was impressive. Great speedy friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a great experience with Mr Fridge. My whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator was not working (temperature was rising inside the freezer). I was able to get an appointment with Mr Fridge the very next morning. The technician arrived and diagnosed the problem in about 45 mins. Fortunately, he had the part that I needed and replaced it in another 30 mins. My refrigerator now works perfectly again. The price was reasonable, and I am very pleased with the service I received. I will definitely call Mr Fridge again the next time I have a broken appliance.

Scheduled a service for anytime between 1-3pm. Got a call from the technician at 3:22 that he can’t make it for another 1 and a half hours. Terrible customer service. Should have told us he would be late during the allotted time we were expecting him. We are going elsewhere for service.

Our old Whirlpool Freezerator was icing up, worse lately. Food items with horizontal surfaces quickly collected ice, & the bottom basket along with its contents would all freeze together. I found Mr Fridge online yesterday; they scheduled a repair guy for today. He came (so promptly); he saw (identified the problem); & he conquered it! We highly recommend Mr Fridge, couldn't ask for better service.
