Tim got in touch very quickly after I sent a request to diagnose a failing refrigerator. He was communicative and transparent about the next steps, as well as the rates for each repair option!

This appliance repair company you need. Technician Tim arrived right on time within booked 12-3 window and gave 30 minutes heads up upon arrival. Very professional and polite, diagnosed issue with my ge washing machine immediately. He had parts he needed, and for reasonable price I have my washer back in the business same day. This company was fantastic! I had a problem with my fridge, the freezer just went bust on me. I called these guys and the whole process was very smooth. I scheduled an appointment and my technician arrived on time, his name was Tim and he was just an outstanding professional. Called Tim to fix a burner that wouldn’t light / flame was very small when lit. He was easy to schedule with, and was able to quickly identify and fix the issue with a routine maintenance / cleaning of the range burners. Had a positive experience.

We had a terrific experience with FixMe Appliance Repair! Tim was our technician, he was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He diagnosed our washing machine troubles, was the one to order the part, followed up to let us know when it would arrive, scheduled and completed the repair. He was efficient, answered my myriad questions with patience and good humor, and the price of the initial service call was deducted from the total price of the repair. We opted to add the service of cleaning out the dryer (disassembly and removing internal stuck lint) as well. Highly recommend Tim!
