Called and got on their schedule the next day. Andreii came out and diagnosed my refrigerator quickly. He had to order parts and came back the next week to install. Andreii was very knowledgeable and respectful of my home. I would use them again.

After an initial mixup on the appointments, they came by and addressed an issue with my dishwasher. They did a professional job, and also highlighted other concerns that could cause issues down the road.

Our fridge stopped working on Saturday. I called 98 Refrigeration Appliance Repair on Sunday morning, a technician showed up at our allotted time in the afternoon to root cause and the owner was able to come on the same day to repair our broken compressor although it was pretty late. I really appreciated the prompt same day service. They were quick efficient. Would definitely call them for appliance repair.

My oven took 35-50 min to preheat.I requested service at midnight last night and Andre was out by 1pm the next day. He had the part and it was fixed in 30 min! 1 year warranty too! So easy. Thank you guys!

Our fridge was not cooling properly. Mike from 98 Refrigeration responded immediately and came by to go through the whole fridge and explained the issue. He spent a good hour inspecting. We decided not to buy a new refrigerator and had Mike replace the parts that needed replacement. We are very happy with his work and now we have basically a new fridge. We have used 98 prior to this repair and will do as again in the future.

The latch on my washing machine broke on a Saturday morning. They were able to come the next day, and within 24 hours I was able to use it again. Great work and very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Technician Andreii was fantastic. My oven was a difficult problem. He had to return multiple times and was able to get it fixed. Communication and attitude were great. Always responded quickly and even followed up after to be sure all was ok.

These folks were quick, efficient and easy to schedule. Andrii came out the next day diagnosed and came back the same day to fix my Whirlpool Refrigerator /Freezer. They repaired the drain line and condenser coils, replaced the defrost sensor and drain tube. All for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Technician diagnosed a slow leak in our out-of-warranty Zephyr wine cooler. We discussed options and determined to replace most components, for which a 1 year warranty would be included. Upon completion of the work, discovered that one half of the unit was not cooling to the target temp, due to a failed fan. Technician promptly returned and replaced the failed fan. Will certainly call again for refrigerator/freezer concerns.
