Our ice maker was broken for years. My husband did his best to try and fix what he could, but alas we still had no ice. We finally bit the bullet and called Roman's repair. He had to come to our home 4 or 5 times, but he was diligent, communicative, and determined to fix our ice maker! I am drinking an ice cold beverage as I type this, thanks to Roman. Original call specifically is on a ground fault in an appliance. Have already worked with electrician and verified the electricity is good. They came and went without communicating with me, no conversation, instead just sent me a quote to replace the drum holders and said that I need an electrician. Called to talk with the technician but was told they would text me. They get 2 stars because it is same day. Quoted for multiple hundreds that doesn't fix the issue, I am sure they would have happily charged me to not fix my appliance. I guess I am glad I am only in for 100$'s so call that a win I guess

Roman recently repaired my dryer and I am very pleased with the service. He was able to come and evaluate the problem very promptly and then able to source the parts and repair it the next day. I will certainly call him again if I have an appliance problem.

You always wonder if all these good reviews of a company are actually legitimate, and whether you’ll get the same great service the reviewers describe. I’m happy to say Roman’s delivers! We found ourselves last Saturday night with a broken washer. We quickly searched for a repair service and Roman was super fast to respond with a Sunday morning time slot. By Monday afternoon, our washer was back in action. They were so communicative, clear about the next steps and timing to get parts. They sent over estimates and were happy to explain more about the issue when asked. We really couldn’t recommend them enough and they will be our first call now anytime an appliance breaks! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone if you need fast and helpful repair service.

Justin came out and fixed our dishwasher. He addressed the issue pretty quickly, and when it started acting up the next day, he stopped by to make some adjustments and get it working again. Ever since, it's worked smoothly- 0 issues. He didn't charge us for more labor for the second visit, which I think speaks to his character. We're going to Justin next time an appliance is acting up.
