Scam alert! They stole $150 service charge from me. They needed the charge up front and never came. They called me and said they will issue me a refund but that was 2 weeks ago. Stay away!!

They make themselves available to their customers. Prompt, good , service. They are great excellent service!

I think this is a scam company. They told me they had to pre-charge me for the service before even coming out to the site. They charged me around $500 and also told me to download the app to get discount. They never tell me what the app was, and didnot give out the code either. Their email does not come from Pavilion, it comes from some weird company. Most importantly, they never come out to the work site and they dont pick up the calls either. Please beware. Either this is a scam company or poorly run company

The technician from Pavilion Commercial Refrigeration Services came out once for an emergency visit to fix a heating oil leak and clogged sprayer head on our furnace, and once again for routine yearly maintenance just today. He was so kind and helpful each time! I will be a returning customer for the foreseeable future.

We had a nightmare of a time getting our AC repaired. We had another company come out and took 2 weeks, only to order the wrong part and leave us still without AC. Called for emergency service on a refrigerator that stopped working. Mike was able to come out in just 40 minutes and diagnose the problem in 10 min.

Mike was able to come out quickly and address the fridge issues, which I appreciated. During the first visit, I had to ask him to check the breaker and inspect all the components, which he did, but a proactive full inspection would have been helpful.

On the second visit regarding a leak, the water was coming from a hose in the back of the fridge. While Mike initially thought it was from the freezer defrosting, he was able to help identify the actual source.

Overall, the service was timely and the issues were resolved, though clearer communication, proactive inspections, and allowing time to confirm fixes would improve the experience.

I called 98Appliance Repair this morning because the refrigerator at my rental house was failing. They were able to come out the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it by replacing the evaporator motor. The cost was reasonable and it saved me from buying a new fridge. They sent a technician the same day for a problem with my GE refrigerator. He quickly resolved the problem. Then he also helped me with my cooktop. The service was prompt, friendly and effective. I would call them again.
