Brian is wonderful! A few years ago he replaced the heating element in our dryer. When it wasn't working, Appliance Pro Repairs and Brian were my first call. He was at my house the next day, reset the dryer, got it working, and provided a plan for repairs if it stoped drying in the near future. While we never want an appliance to stop working, I'm glad to know who to call and that they will get life back to normal as quickly as possible!

WORST REPAIR COMPANY EVER! They came to repair the washing machine at this house I was renting, while doing so they flooded the floor by dumping the washing machine water all over the place. I called and apparently they are supposed to put tarps down.. So they didn't even follow their own protocol. Also, they dented and scratched the machines while moving them. Why do I care? Because they have a policy where they aren't responsible for any damages that occur.. so now my landlord is charging me $8,000 to have the entire floor replaced. You can see them standing on top of our own soaking wet towels after they tried to try it up.. however the water had already seeped into the walls and floor boards!!

Incredibly frustrating experience - avoid this company. Firstly, they feel entirely illegitimate: not once did they ever answer the phone with the name of their company. Just “hello?” with so much background noise I could hardly hear and each time had to verify I called the right place. They interrupted me on the phone constantly, tried to hurriedly end the call each time, and didn’t pass along the specific issues to the technicians, who arrived in unmarked vehicles. It took 4 different appointments (each time requiring me to miss work) to resolve an issue (water appearing on the floor after laundry cycle) that ended up being corrected by a plumber and myself. The technicians didn’t bother to run a cycle and observe the cause of the problem, just guessed at solutions and didn’t test afterwards to ensure the issue was resolved. The last appointment I made with them after the issue continued was scheduled for a window between 9-12, but at 11:12 in that window I received a text saying a different technician would arrive between 12-3…no call in advance to explain, verify that that time worked for me, or ensure the new tech was aware of the issue. Because of the new time, I couldn’t meet the tech myself - my proxy said the tech stayed on site for not even 15 min, didn’t test anything, simply said there was nothing wrong, and left. When I called back asking for an explanation, I was again hurried off the phone with an assurance that I would receive a refund and a call back, neither which ever happened. Truly unprofessional, frustrating, and honestly insulting experience. Overall, between this service and a plumber who ultimately resolved the primary issue, I spent more money on this than replacing both the washer & dryer would have cost, not counting the lost time I had to take away from work to meet the technician multiple times.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place feels like a scam. I'm not sure how they stay in business so I will break down my interactions over the last few months trying to get my freezer repaired. Technicians, while nice, are lacking in skills and solutioning and the communications from the scheduler (Kyle) is the worst I have encountered in my life.

Technician 1 comes out and spends 5 minutes at the house to tell me what I already know that my ice machine is broken. I assumed that they would have some sort of part so that they could fix the issue. This was not the case, I was charged about $200 then he left.

Technician 2 comes and installs a new ice maker from certified OEM. It ends up not working so he suggests we re-level the whole fridge which also doesn't work. He leaves, no progress.

Technician 3 comes and tells me that there is something wrong with the new parts that were installed even though they are brand new then re-installs my freezer door incorrectly so now there is a gap in my freezer door and my food has spoiled due to the warm air getting in.

The communications and customer service are abysmal, I am unsure who is working the phones but they frequently will hang up on you, not follow up when they say they will or alternatively just not be paying attention on the call. I have asked for a manager but the guy who answers the calls just says he is the manager which I can't imagine to be true.

Feels like I have wasted money and time on this experience. Anyone still reading - please do not use this company, find any other company or a random person off the street. It'll be a better experience than this.

I highly recommend Roman. He’s going to be my go to repairman from now on. He works quickly and knows what he’s doing. I’m happy to have my dryer working again, and it’s all thanks to him.

Roman replaced our ice maker in our refrigerator and also repaired our stand alone freezer. He was very knowledgeable, quick and friendly. Highly recommend his services next time you need an appliance repair.

Roman got my dishwasher running again. He communicated his arrival and what to expect very well. Even having to come back when something still wasn't quite right, he made it a priority and stood by his work to make sure I had a running appliance. Saved me having to buy a new one. Much appreciated.

Submitted a request to replace the gasket in our washing machine. Diagnostic and service were available same day for a fair price!

I called to have my washing machine repaired. The problem was noisy operation during the spin cycle. We agreed on the approximate amount of repairs over the phone and arrived at the specified time 2 days later. The car was repaired on the same day. The cost of repairs was within the agreed limits. A month has passed since the repair, no complaints. I recommend!

My dryer works again, big thanks to these guys! Above and beyond.

My experience with Roman’s appliance repair was great. After Yan’s careful assessment of what it would cost to try and repair my older units, I decided to replace but really appreciated his concern and honesty in providing me with the needed information. I would definitely use them again!

Roman answered my inquiry Immediately and gave me a fair estimate and repaired and cleaned my dryer quickly. What else can one want? Very satisfied with work done!

Roman came to our house to repair a Samsung dryer not generating heat issue. He fixed the problem in an efficient and professional way. He did an excellent and neat job of fixing the problem. I like Roman’s appliance repair service.

Full disclosure, I did not use Roman’s. However, after a series of email exchanges where my questions and responses were not being understood, I was informed that it was $85 for a service call plus minimum $250 labor plus the cost of parts. I never did find out the hourly rate despite asking 3 times. They might do great work, but beware of opaque and high costs and challenging communication.

10/10 would recommend. I had an oven repair (door locked and not heating). Scheduling was easy. The repairman showed up on time, fixed the issue quickly, and was friendly!

Highly recommend Roman! Clear, prompt communicator- and could have even come out the same day as my initial inquiry had my household had availability (and even with our busy schedule, he was able to come by within the week!). We're grateful to have a functioning oven again and will definitely have him by for any future repair needs that come up.

I recommend a company like Roman’s Appliance Repair to everyone if you need to repair your appliance. very professional team, friendly and responsive. My Maytag brand refrigerator broke down and the guys came and fixed it quickly. I am very grateful to this company and will definitely return to them again.

Called Roman in the morning, he came by same day in the afternoon and diagnosed and fixed the issue with my dishwasher within 20 minutes.
