Carlos is the best. We have ten year old Bosch washer and dryer which I thought were done. Every time Carlos had come out to fix it. First the dryer went out, then he tightened a belt and it continues to work. Today the washer stopped spinning and he replaced the carbon brushes on the motor and now it's fixed. He always honest, friendly and reasonable.

I took a star off for the confusion I faced in setting up the appointment to repair our washing machine. I was originally told there was an opening the next day, Wednesday, (which I could not do), or Thursday. I said Thurs. would be great. We exchanged more info and then the scheduler reviewed the details and suddenly I was scheduled for one week later, which put the appointment on Thanksgiving! I wound up with an appointment for the day before Thanksgiving, which was further out than I would have preferred, but doable. The actual service call went well. He was a few minutes early. Spent time diagnosing the problem and then repaired it, all in less than an hour. The price seemed fair and I was happy.

Our dishwasher stopped working in a rental property. I reached out to a few repair companies and Mazter Appliance seemed to be the most straightforward and helpful. Carlos was quick to get out to the home, and able to replace the needed parts in one trip.

What they quoted me up front was what they billed me in the end, which is always a relief. Their text notifications were great too, keeping me informed on arrival time and when the job was done. I definetly recommend Mazter Appliances.

Carlos from Mazter Appliance Repair was very friendly and professional. He spent time to diagnose our fridge with a cooling problem. He even went out to look for replacement parts and our fridge was up and running on the same day. And yes, the service fee was very reasonable. Highly recommended!!!

Extremely unprofessional, I couldn’t get a hold of the technician, the automated phone provider is limited in terms of accessibility. Carlos messaged me 30 minutes after my 2 hour window to notify me that his “wheel blew out.” Meaning he wasn’t even going to arrive within the window. Sounds like he said that for his own convenience and had zero regard for the customer.

Carlos is outstanding. Within the hour he figured out our dishwasher pump was bad and had it replaced. I got charged for one hour and the cost of the pump. Fantastic. And a year ago he fixed a garbage disposal for me. A year before that an oven. I am so pleased I have found an honest, expert, fair-priced repair person. He's usually booked a couple of weeks out. Waiting for him is worth every penny.

Appliance repair for a Samsung was very easy to schedule. Carlos came on time and full prepared. He had the correct part based on my model number and description of problem. Like a magician everything was fixed and put back together in 20 minutes. The price was very reasonable

Carlos has been out twice to service our Whirlpool refrigerator - a year ago to replace the ice maker, and last night to first troubleshoot why the fridge was not cooling, and then replace the defroster. He had to disassemble the fridge to get to the issue, it did not look easy, but he figured it out and did a fantastic job.

This company, and Carlos, in particular are great. Carlos diagnosed the issue with my dryer and when the part arrived he communicated when he had availability to install it and came right on time. It was 8 days from diagnosis to completion.

We wanted confirmation as to whether to be concerned about our gas range. Alfred came out and inspected it , listened to our concern, and answered all our questions. He politely assured us everything was in good order and took extra time to educate us regarding the concerns we had.
