This joker needed to wait for 2 entire weeks and the whole morning just to let me know in the very last minute of my appointment that my address is not in his covering area, what a waste of time, will never call them again.

Do not use these people. Had something scheduled with them and they cancelled on me the night before for a repair and had to scramble. They were rude and terrible to deal with.
