I normally wouldn’t use public reviews to vent my frustration but this is ridiculous. I’m now without a usable dryer and no contact from Mayzter appliances for 10 days and counting. With a 4 month old at home - we are going crazy trying to manage the mounting piles of clothes during flu season. No one on the scheduling side is able to help besides taking “urgent” notes. Can someone please help ASAP?

The technician kept us informed via message when he was on his way and arrived promptly. He did a nice job and gave us a senior discount. We would definitely call him again

They couldn't fix our dryer or provide a clear explanation of what was going on. When they're not actually here, they're near impossible to reach: Their fully automated website and service process means real humans never hear you call. While waiting for a part, we were wondering why nothing worked and unable to reach out to anyone for an update. Eventually they came by with the new part but, again, it/they didn't fix anything.

Carlos showed up at 10AM when the window was 9-5. That was the first good thing. Second, came on Saturday so I did not have to take time to off work . Now have a working ice maker! This is going to be my go to place for repairs.

Great service. It was easy to schedule online. We were contacted the day before and asked for the exact model number so they could have the parts with them, which I definitely appreciated. The tech was professional, on-time, quick and did a wonderful job of cleaning up before he left. Great service and our dryer is working great again.

Carlos was able to diagnose problem, get the part we needed, and fix our oven. We have a Kenmore oven that had a broken latch. I’ll definitely use them again if needed.

Repaired an element of an in-counter glass cooktop, where stove had to be removed to fix issue. Diagnosed issue, explained repair work needed, ordered part, gave option to set an appointment or wait for part, followed up promptly once part was in, and corrected issue. Definitely recommend!

The water and ice dispenser in our refrigerator stopped working and Carlos from Mazter Appliances went above and beyond to fix the issue. Once he identified the issue and realized he didn't have the part, he left to find one and promptly returned to finish the job. He was very thoughtful and hardworking - I highly recommend his repair service.

Terrific service! My refrigerator was failing to cool the fresh foods, while the freezer still worked OK. Made an appointment for the next day with Mazert via their website. Carlos showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the errant fan motor on the spot. I paid less than 1/10th of the cost of a new refrigerator, and the appliance was up and running within an hour.

Easy to schedule with. Carlos fixed my dishwasher in about an hour. Fair price. Glad to have a working machine. The service call fee ($109) rolls directly into the repair costs. Ran late, but not surprised as it was a 5 pm appointment getting to the eastside of Bellevue. Was very apologetic. Glad I used Mazter Appliances.

Highly recommended! Fixed my washer on the spot. After doing business with another company who wanted to charge 800 dollars to repair, Carlos found, no need for new parts an d the supposed hours of labor, and fixed my unit on the spot for under 200 hundred dollars.
