My SubZero was not holding temperature and Super Appliance Repair did an excellent job fixing the problem. I initially called them based on great online reviews and because they were upfront with pricing on their website. I ended up needing a major repair and they gave several price points and thoroughly explained each option. Dmitri and Alex clearly knew what they were doing and seem very passionate about their work. I get the sense that if they can’t fix it, then it’s broken and have already recommended them to several friends.

Dmitri was very curious, professional, and knowledgeable when it came to fixing an issuer with the flipper on my Bosch fridge. The fridge itself has other issues, but I got immediate relief for the main issue, and a clear diagnosis for others. Would choose again.

I had an issue with my dishwasher not draining properly. I contacted this repair company based on a recommendation — and I’m so glad I did! The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. The part that needed replacing was available, and the repair was completed the same day

GE refrigerator (20 years old) was running but not getting cold enough to make ice and also noticed that ice cream was getting soft. He showed up earlier than expected, which was great. Very methodical to help diagnose the problem. When he took out the back panel, the refrigeration coils were covered in ice. I was given an estimate for the repair. He came back the very next day with repair parts. Refrigerator had to be turned off for the night to defrost. I had to place everything in cooler for the night. He did quick efficient work and I am very satisfied.

Fantastic service! They came in two days when everyone else was booking out 2-3 weeks. Dimitri spent extensive time diagnosing the problem and called the manufacturer to get the price of parts so we could decide to fix or buy new. Arrived on time, was very polite and did great work. Highly recommend and will use Super Appliance Repair again, if needed, in the future!

Super Appliance Repair with the perfect reviews was the first company we called when our fridge stopped cooling. We are grateful that a technician came on the same day. But the diagnostics process left us in doubt, maybe it was due to unfamiliarity with the particular model. We got a quote to replace compressor, evaporator, heat exchanger, essentially everything that could go wrong at a cost that runs in the thousands.

We had another company with a different diagnostic experience, they fixed a leak and the fridge started working right away.

When I questioned Super Appliance Repair's diagnostic, Al insisted that it was necessary to replace the components as quoted, because they might have been damaged by leak. As a consumer I'd rather not spend the money to replace a compressor if it still works, so I went with the "fix only what's broken" option. Maybe time will tell if I'm wrong, then I'll be sure to come back to change the review.

When my gas oven stopped working, I searched for a reliable appliance repair company and came across Super Appliance Repair. After reading their excellent reviews, I decided to give them a call. They were able to come out the same day, and within an hour, my oven was fully repaired.

While they were there, I mentioned an issue with my gas dryer. The technician took a look, assured me it could be fixed, and promptly resolved the problem as well. Their professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work exceeded my expectations.

Big Al was indeed big (if that's who serviced my oven). They were quick to fix my issue and had great communication on letting me know what was wrong and when they'd be back to fix it.

We didn't want to buy a new Bosch dryer so we got a diagnostic call from Big Al. The experience was fantastic from the get-go. Such amazing service, we're devoted customers now!

Our dishwasher stopped working, and after a few days of trying to figure out the problem ourselves, we called Super Appliance Repair shop. The technician came the very next day, quickly diagnosed the issue, and ordered a new pump. We weren’t sure it would work with our older dishwasher and were already prepared to replace it entirely, but it worked perfectly, giving us more life out of our machine.

I wish I remembered the technician’s name, an older gentleman who had moved from Russia, because he was wonderful. Very pleasant, professional, and kind. He walked us through the issue, explained the plan to fix it, and even took the time to share stories with us. We exchanged well wishes before he left, and it felt like we’d just chatted with an old friend.

At first, I was honestly a little worried. After two months of waiting on SMEG to send help, they finally aligned Super Appliance Repair to take on the job.

I can’t tell you what a relief it was when the technician showed up. He had made quite the trek to get here, and once he was in my kitchen, all my worries faded. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly determined to fix the problem. What seemed like an impossible ordeal (just finding someone qualified to handle SMEG) turned into a success story thanks to him.

Prompt professional service and no games. Their guy even suggested that we shouldn't fix our old washer because of the serious issues he found (that getting a new one would be more cost-effective). I will keep these people on my speed-dial.

I can't say enough good things about Big Al! When my Whirlpool dryer suddenly stopped working, I was dreading the thought of being without it for weeks. I thought I'd have to go through the long queue of waiting for Whirlpool to send someone out. I called in the morning after it broker, and to my AMAZEMENT, Big Al was able to schedule me the very same day.
He arrived right on time and was incredibly professional and thoughtful about taking off his shoes. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done and got to work. What I thought might take hours, days was completed in no time at all. My dryer is running perfectly now, like the problem never happened.

I can hardly do without my cooktop and so when it ceased to heat properly it really disrupted my schedule. Their Viking cooktop repair was fast, amiable and highly efficient. It was running just right again in time to eat supper.
