Sam, our serviceman, was quite professional, friendly and pleasant during my interactions with him. He explained in detail what was happening with my icemaker and what he was doing to fix it. Great guy. Learned a lot from him.

Quick to respond to my client's needs. Was able to schedule the repairs within 24 hours of my call. Quality of work was excellent.
Loved the communication including a follow-up from the technician. Amanda in the office is awesome.

I was happy with the quick customer service and schedule but when the technician came out I felt he quickly diagnosed the issue without any real investigation. It took 2 minutes for him to say it would be a $685 repair. I ended up feeling so taken aback by the lack of assessment and time to ensure the underlying issue that I didn’t opt for their service and went DIY on the replacement. I ended up replacing the part for $150. Now I have another issue with my stove, which I intended to bring up in the original service call, but it was too rushed. Now I’m scared to pay for another assessment if it will feel like that again. Is that normal!??

Repair work on dryer was not done successfully at all. Called to complain, cancelled my work projects for a new repair person to come out and he/she never showed up or called. Horrible company and would not recommend at all.

The team of Sam Vinnie Albert and Leo were great . On time, professional , gave me a clear picture of the work that needed to be done . The repairs required 2 trips and both times handled it professionally and with care. I would highly recommend this company for any repairs and maintenance you need done .

Scheduled initial service call, and was told to expect the service person between 11-2 pm. 2:00 came and went so texted to ask if they were still coming. They responded they would be there at 3:30. They did arrive at 3:00 but it would have been nice if they could have texted me to let me know of the later arrival time. They did not have the needed part for our dryer, so it was ordered and a second date was scheduled. No one showed up, and my husband texted to inquire. It seems we weren’t on their schedule at all, but they did come later. Dryer was fixed (yay). But not great communication about appointments!

Brian was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it for us very quickly. I would highly recommend this service to anyone experiencing issues with their fridge.

Sam was the best - very kind, very knowledgeable, and truly professional.
He found the issue / problem right away, rectified it right away, and now we have a fully functional & operational dishwasher.
We were in very good hands with Sam.

Overall the work on the first visit was expensive: $677 to pop in an Ice Maker Assembly that took less than 15 minutes. As a service tech, Alfred was effective. He did what he needed to do but he didn’t exceed my expectations in any way. In fact it’s a little irritating that he didn’t even attempt to clean up the melted ice he dropped on the counter and the wood floors. The nicest part of my experience was the scheduler - super helpful and friendly. And I appreciate the texts.
UPDATE: Minh came back because the ice maker still wasn’t working. He was great - quickly replacing the water valve and explaining the situation to me. Much better experience on this visit!

    Great experience overall!

Amanda (who took my initial call and scheduled my service dates) was lovely to work with, and always reached out with timely updates along the way.

Brian (technician) was wonderful - especially on the second service date when he had to put up with my cats screaming from the other room while I was on a work call. He fixed the dishwasher and kept the space clean, and then quietly left so that I could wrap up my work meeting.

The cost of the service is a little high compared to the cost of a new dishwasher (don't want to create more junk in the world if something can be fixed). With that said, the pricing was always transparent and I agreed to everything, so no worries there.

90 days to reach out if the dishwasher breaks again. Hopefully that will not be an issue.

Our on site tech was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. From the initial call to getting our oven back up and running took slightly longer than expected or desired (11 days) but it was ok for us because we don’t use our oven much.

Overall service was great, and in particular the technician Alfred was polite, organized and highly knowledgeable. Customer service kept me notified of scheduling updates and they were always easy to contact. Would definitely use them again for all our major appliances.

Sam the repair technician was great. The office told me he would arrive between 10 and 1pm. When he didn’t show up I had to call and ask what the problem was. I was out on hold for 15 minutes then told he would arrive between 2 and 5 pm. I am giving them 3 stars because I had to be home all day waiting on the technician. When Sam arrived he identified the problem right away but could not get parts until Monday. I felt their prices were pretty high as well.

My 1-year old Hisense refrigerator wasn’t maintaining a proper temperature so I called Appliance Pro Repairs. Alfred and Seberin arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem: a crucial component wasn’t installed at the factory (see photo: crimped pipes). This caused the compressor to overheat which caused the coolant to evaporate. They could fix it but it would cost almost as much as the original price of the refrigerator. They provided good recommendations for where to shop for a new refrigerator and what brands are best. I am pleased with the service I received and will call them again if I need repairs on my new refrigerator (GE brand. DO NOT BUY HISENSE!).

APR did a great job of scheduling my refrigerator repair quickly. Minh, our assigned tech, evaluated that the defrosting in the freezer was not working properly and thus causingice buildupand water to leak out the sides of the freezer compartmen occasionally. I knew the parts and labor would not be cheap, but I just didn't have the time or desire to fix it myself. Minh did a great job in getting it repaired in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company!

Brian was amazing. He started at the beginning of the window. He quickly diagnosed the problem and figured out the best solution. He was kind, courteous and efficient. Highly recommended! Dryer is working.

The tecnifican who came to our house did fantastic job defining the problem and fixing it. We are very happy with his service. However, the office could not schedule the second visit for more than 2 weeks. They say that they can’t get a hold of me. I called the office 2 times myself, I was in town all this time, I have no voice messages, SMS, or e-mails from them at all. To me it indicates, people in the office did not do their job.

My Samsung washer stopped draining water at the end of the sycle.
I called Appliance Pro and my appointment was scheduled for the next day.
Chris, the technician, fixed my machine in 2 hours. The labor cost about $150 plus $159 for visit, totally $319.
I am satisfied with his job.
    It was quick and professional.
