Highly recommend Roman's Appliance Repair. Fixed a leaking washing machine for us. Roman was easy to reach and quick to respond. Will undoubtedly be calling him again for any appliance repair needs we have.

Roman is polite efficient and fair.We called for estimate repair on our washing machine.He gave us honest appraisal and said we're better off replacing it.While here we asked about our 30+ years old SubZero .When he returned to repair the seals,I asked him to help with the drain that damaged our hardwood floor.At no charge,he opened front bottom panel and exposed the drain pan nobody else informed me of. We emptied and cleaned it.I offered to pay extra for his time ;he responded by saying;"please give me a good review ."

I called Roman at 8:30AM about an LG washing machine that was leaking water. He arrived and fixed the machine before 1PM same day. Kind, fast, efficient, and everything you'd ever want in appliance repair. Thanks Roman!

Roman's Appliance sent out Dimitry to fix drum belts on two older Asko dryers. He did a great job, was timely and knew how to repair the units. I would gladly recommend Roman's Appliance Repair

Roman is competent, responsive and fair. He came the next day when we called, ordered the part for our washing machine, and came back to finish the job the next week. When we called to say it was leaking water he came back, found the problem (which was a plumbing issue, not an appliance issue) and didn’t charge for the return visit. We will definitely call him again when we have an appliance repair need.

We came home from vacation at 7pm to a refrigerator that was not cooling. We called many 24 hr refrigerator repair companies in the area and all of them said they only had availability the next day. Fortunately, Roman was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule and arrived at our house within an hour! Roman was very efficient in performing a diagnosis and repairing the refrigerator on the same day. Thanks, Roman! I would recommend with 5 stars.

Roman diagnosed our refrigerator issue very quickly and replaced the failing part efficiently. He was willing to come over to Vashon Island on a Friday afternoon. He definitely went the extra mile to get our fridge back in working order quickly.

Roman really saved the day for our family. After throwing away hundreds of dollars in groceries he was fixing our refrigerator within 24 hours! We weren't sure what to expect cost wise but he was clear and honest in the conversation about what needed fixing and why. We felt really good about the experience and now we have a cool refrigerator and ice cold freezer on 100 degree day!

I was able to get an appt with Roman within the week, he was prompt, very communicative, incredibly nice, and did a great job balancing my refrigerator. It works so much better now. He even came out again when my ice maker wasn't working and checked the whole system and cleaned it even though it was most likely due to the metal bar flipped up in the off position which I wasn't aware of that function as this refrigerator was given to me used. I highly recommend his services. Cost was very reasonable as well.

He diagnose wrong initially and thought the pump is broken, but later we found out it is another issue and pump is fine, he then waives the material fee which is nice. We have some communication issue as he does not speak english well, but he is nice and kind otherwise, and professional in finding the root cause and fixing it very fast.

Overall I'm very happy, and would definitely recommend to my friends.

I had a washing machine that needed diagnostics and then a control board replaced. Roman had to make two trips (one for diagnostics and one for replacing). The whole process from first contact to fully repaired took less than one day!
