Called Mr. Fridge on a Sunday afternoon about my fridge, appointment made for the next day. Vladysla came by on time. Did his thing. Gave me 3 fix options including prices. Very professional, knowledgeable. Will be using them again in the future!

Sasha was great. He came and took a look at our fridge at a time that was convenient for our kitchen, diagnosed and repaired the problem in under an hour. He also gave us a gameplan for the future if we have any more freon related issues and cost estimates for that down the line so we are prepared. The cost was extremely reasonable compared to their competitors and I will gladly use them again.

Vlad was able to fix the Ice maker in our freezer - did a great job- tolerated both our cats and our dog monitoring his progress :) Will definitely recommend them!

Came to my house and charged $100 to look at fridge. Then he told me it would be an extra $200 to defrost the fridge. Apparently he had a way to defrost the fridge in 1 hour but would be the extra $200. I asked if I could just defrost it myself. He said ok and told me he could come out the next day. When I called the following day, they said they had no technicians available. Then they made me wait two days,then never showed up. I haven't had a working fridge for 4 days. I don't feel comfortable employing them. Don't recommend.On top of everything them charged extra 10$ dollars to use my card. They are shady.

Super easy to schedule service and had Mr. Fridge out the next day. The tech quickly assessed and diagnosed the problem. Fix was on my side and not the fridge but I was told everything upfront. Recommended!

They were able to come out the following day to look at a leak in our fridge, and fix it the same day. Vladyslav was kind enough to speak with our warranty provider to ensure we received coverage before starting the work. Please with the overall experience.

I had a great experience with Mr. Fridge! The technician was able to diagnose and address the issue, and helped clear away the ice, unclog the drainage issue that had caused the ice buildup, and get the fan working again, within a short amount of time. I was so relieved! He was also great about explaining what he was doing, and the nature of the issue the fridge was having. I'll more easily be able to spot problems in the future!

Ok, I have such low expectations on getting help but Mr. Fridge was great. Got an appointment the very next day for a fridge install with an external water filter because Albert Lee was backed up. Sasha the technician was helpful, detail oriented, on time, prepared, and nice. And most importantly the job was done well.

The professional was lovely. He was super kind and nice to my very hard of hearing elderly father. He fixed the problem and we’re super happy we don’t need a new fridge. He cleaned up after his fixes and said if we need him, call him. We will! Would highly recommend Mr. Fridge to family and friends. Thanks for helping us out!

Really good honest company.
I have used them 3 separate times for my cafe and they have fixed the issue very fast and efficiently.
They all seem to be Russian and they are very nice people! They let you know exactly what’s wrong, the cost and if it’s worth fixing or if you should buy a new appliance (most of my equipment is old and or used)
I highly recommend them to anyone with fridge issues.

Technician was prompt and kind. He used booties to cover his shoes. He explained the process and showed me the parts he was servicing. He was knowledgeable and thorough. I was able to get a next day appointment. No complaints, I highly recommend Mr. Fridge!

Asked for a diagnosis of my fridge/freezer. They told me the day before the appointment they would come around 8am-12pm on the appointment day. The day of the appointment I got a text that they will be here now between 3:30-5:30pm. I figured it’s fine, I’ll move some plans around just so I can get my refrigerator looked at. Called them after 5:30pm since I heard no update on their location or if they’re still coming at all. After calling them, They informed me they won’t be able to come until after 7pm which is way too late. The whole thing sounded like a scam. Going to a different business that is reliable!

In a world where nothing is cheap, Mr Fridge is a downright bargain, excellent value.
We have a 17 year old built-in unit with cabinet panels that is prohibitively expensive to replace with a new version of this style. Mr Fridge has been out once in 2021 (Alex) for an issue and again in 2026 (Andrey) for another issue. Both times it was a couple hours of work that got us all squared away and working again like new. At some point we'll need to throw in the towel on this unit. But for now, spending $250-300 every 5 years or so to keep an $8k appliance going is good math. These guys are honest, knowledgeable, give excellent advice, and do great work. They have earned 100% of all my fridge repair business, to the extent that I have any, and I plan on telling everyone I meet on the street that they'd be a fool to use anyone else.

Such a hardworking group! They even worked Thanksgiving Day on our freezer. Very kind, very professional, extremely fair pricing. Result was professional and quick. We would definitely hire them again!

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this experience was truly outrageous.
My refrigerator was still functioning and only had a noise issue. During the first visit, they told me it was just a minor fan problem and said they would order a replacement fan.
Three weeks later, this company came back and removed other critical parts from my refrigerator, leaving it completely non-functional. A few days after that, they sent me a quote for $1,300, claiming that four major components were broken and that I had to pay this amount for the fridge to work again.
This made absolutely no sense. Just one month earlier, LG’s official service had replaced the compressor with a brand-new one, yet their quote claimed that this new compressor was faulty. That was shocking to me. I honestly couldn’t believe something like this could happen today, it felt less like a repair service and more like being taken advantage of.
I then spent time reading this company’s Yelp and Google reviews more carefully. The reviews are extremely polarized. Many of the 5-star reviews don’t feel genuine at all, they don’t read like they were written by real customers. On the other hand, the negative reviews feel much more detailed and believable. Based on my experience, I seriously question this company’s practices.
I strongly recommend that others avoid this company and proceed with extreme caution.

Great experience with Mr. Fridge! Igor and Andree came out to repair our walk-in cooler and did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The price was reasonable and the repair was done quickly with great results. Highly recommend this company if you need reliable refrigeration service! I would definitely give 5 stars for them but I had some issues with scheduling with office staff in the beginning so minus one
