Rude and unhelpful. Had a quick question about a repair and was hung up on for no good reason besides I did not buy the product from them but I was asking if they could repair it. I buy commercial equipment all the time and I will never give them business.

Thank you LE for your knowledge expertise and great service, had a problem with our walk in cooler at our restaurant and called half a dozen other people trying to get an appointment or somebody to come take a look and help us out before our food went bad, after three days only one of those six people showed up and the quote they gave me was $9300 to replace our whole condenser unit, I randomly called one last phone number and ended up getting a hold of Le thuan here at Seattle commercial refrigeration repair, He was out to our restaurant in less than 24 hours and found a Pipe that had a refrigeration leak that I have now hired him to fix that will potentially save us thousands , And he has already fixed two other broken/ not working properly refrigeration units for us since calling him. Called for info regarding a door seal and the person on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me before I could ask a question. I would not recommend doing business with a company that can not answer a question for a customer.

We have been using Lee for years for our commercial units. He's great at what he does and responds quickly.

He is good mechanic to work with, he put defrost timer on cooler order to control build up ice on coil to maintaining the temperature as well as making sure unit go off when it spouse to and he cleaned it well, now unit running good, Thanks so much

Lee came out twice for the company I work for even after the first time us trying to kill him lol... Kidding. The fridge he came to work on..one of the legs broke and came down on him and almost crushed him. He was a trooper and even came back a second time! We definitely recommend Lee!

In the middle of early afternoon, the 90 degrees days of Summer pushed my refrigeration system to failure. This was for a kegerator that wasn’t cooling. Le identified the issue made the repair and was in and out in an hour, he was very knowledgeable and charged a fair price. I will definitely use his service again.

Call this company twice and both times I felt very criticized with all the snarky side comments. Both times he ended up not having time the day, but never followed up as promised. Not sure if he's just picky with certain jobs or idk what the deal is. Not sure if its a company or just one guy running the show because it feels like it.
