Brought in DeLonghi Magnifica today. Problem was diagnosed at the front desk and resolved in 5 minutes. No charge. That's great, honest service. Told me to just call with any problems next time.

I have a v1 Rancilio Silvia that I took in. Henry, and team, basically rebuilt the machine, plus installed a PID. I thought about upgrading to a newer machine but after the rebuild and PID I couldn't be happier with it. I've been consistently pulling great shots and the steam wand rebuild has brought my milk texturing and latte art to new level. Super happy with their service!

I had a problem with my machine a month after it was fixed. I called them on the phone, and he walked me through various steps until it was fixed. Awesome customer service! I love these guys!

Drove down to see these folks to have a nice, DeLonghi coffee maker repaired. The kind man behind the counter said "Sure, I can repair it for you for $80, or you can spend a little more and get a much better coffee maker". He then proceeded to Amazon to show me a few he liked. I was shocked. They don't sell coffee makers there, and his advice cost him the repair job. I very much appreciated the service and wanted to let everyone know.

Fantastic service from these guys! My Saeco Magic stopped working after 13 plus years. I took it into their shop and they got back to me within the time they said they would and had a fix figured out. THe repair was replacing the grinder and doing a tune-up. Machine is running great after 1 week of regular use. Thanks so much!

Can't say anything negative about this business. Sent my Saeco Super automated espresso, coffee maker to them for repair. My machine is about 15 years old and recently quit pumping water. Did a little searching and found this business showing great reviews. I can see why. The shipping process was well spelled out on their website. I sent it in over the holidays so there was a little delay for them to get to it. Within a few days of the new year, they called me back with information on repairs needed. I told them to go ahead and do it. The next day I received a ups delivery notification and the day after that we got our machine back in perfect working order. I didn't mention the dispenser as having a problem, but it wouldn't hold position detent. They either replaced or repaired my dispenser nozzle which wasn't even mentioned on the invoice or mentioned in the work order. They also replaced the frothing nozzle which I hadn't included with the shipment.

Henry was up front with me on the phone and mentioned that due to the age of the machine it is pretty much impossible to find parts for it. He pretty much gave me a opt out on the repair honestly saying that it might not have a lot of life left.

I would use this company again and I would recommend it to others.

I have been using these guys to keep my Gaggia and DeLonghi superautomatic machines going for years now. Very knowledgeable, professional, and fair prices. Even after moving out of King County, I still make the drive to them because they are just that good. Highly recommended!

I have a 12 year old Delonghi Magnifica S super automatic that stopped working, the water assembly was pumping straight into the excess drip tray. Brought it here to do an overhaul to replace any worn parts - he uses genuine manufacturer parts and took apart the whole system. It made some squeaky whistling sounds the first month after I got it back, but now everything is running smoothly and quietly, it will last me for many years to come. It was not cheap, but it was worth it given that it was way less than a new machine. And expected given the amount of deferred maintanence on an older machine. It will last many years to come, highly recommend this service!

I haven’t gotten to use their place but it’s because I spoke with Henry over the phone and before I could bring it in, he suggested what the problem might be, and that ended up being it. I called back for help finding the part I needed and he helped me with that as well. I offered to pay for the help but he declined. Honestly didn’t think businesses like this existed anymore. I would 100% recommend these guys. Thank you for your help, saving me a drive, and helping us get back to our COFFEE!

I called here a few times to try and schedule a repair but unfortunately they can’t work on my model of home machine. My 5-star review is based on our phone conversations where the support recommended a couple other options where I could get repair in the area. They were super helpful and friendly and provide a free quote so I’d love to do business here someday as they seem like a great place.
