I was referred to Kemly by another electrician. The office responded quickly but didn't harass me with multiple callbacks like some of the other places I got a quote from. I appreciated their simple pricing structure, compared to other places that wouldn't give me a number or had lots of fees and add-ons. Jonathan the electrician was great, clean and respectful and handled pets well. He fixed my problem quickly and actually helped me with a couple other small issues around the house while he was here. Would hire again.

I want to take a moment to share how exceptional our experience was this week with Kemly Electric. Kemly came to our condo to replace our electrical panel when we discovered issues with our original panel from the 1980's, and they were outstanding from start to finish. They explained exactly what was happening and why it was an issue, and the day of the service, they even finished their work early! Plus, the fee for their services was very reasonable for the work performed.

I used Kemly Electric for a bathroom remodel project in 2024 and for a new electrical panel, outdoor lighting, and solar prep work in 2025. All of the crews I have worked with have been very professional and experienced, the wiring is neat and the job site is always organized. Chris Kemly has been one of my favorite project managers I've worked with, he makes great recommendations on fixtures/tech, is very responsive, and a true expert in his field. Could not recommend the company highly enough.

This is the most incompetent electrical supply store anywhere in the region. It doesn't matter which branch you go to they have no clue what they're doing. I ordered things on will call directly from the store in Everett. I then received three phone calls from different branches asking me who I was what I ordered asking me for all the information I already gave them multiple times and they still didn't produce the product I was asking for. This entire company is a bunch of clowns and if you need products properly and efficiently save yourself a headache do not shop at graybar

My company has an account there. So I was looking for something I couldn't get elsewhere. They listed it on their website. I called and got transferred to the fellow who handles our account. Left a message on voice mail. No return call. Called again and again, over and over! no answer or voicemail. On a rare occasion someone will answer but always transferred to voicemail. Got fed up and drove there in person. Will call only! No office! No nothing! Will Willcall guy gave me multiple #s to try. Every single one goes strait to voicemail. And no one ever calls you back! And willcall will not help with anything not willcall related. Unbelievable how a company can even exist filled up with such a collection of incompetent buffoons who are probably out partying while supposedly working from home or ??? Hey!!! I litterally tried to do bussiness with them and they wouldn't respond! That doesn't bode well!!!

As the first step in a total bathroom remodel, Artisan Electric removed the old wall heater and installed a new heater/fan/light combo unit in the ceiling.
They did everything from start to finish in 1 day, were on time, professional, courteous, friendly and clean!
They've down work for us before - including a 32.panel solar system w/ whole home battery - and we will continue to work with them in the future.

I have been interested in going solar for some time now and Artisan was recommended to me by a family member. There were a couple of glitches in the process but every time I informed folks at Artisan they responded quickly and effectively. I'm happy with the quality of workmanship (the electricians were particularly thorough) and am getting addicted to the online monitoring system that tells me what's going on overhead. It does feel good to know we are part of the greening!
