The pricing was clearly discussed - deep cleaning for one part of the house and standard cleaning for the other, originally scheduled over two days but later combined into one. That part is not in dispute. My review specifically addresses the deep cleaning portion, which did not meet the agreed-upon standards. I’ve attached a screenshot of the deep cleaning scope for the lower level, including one bedroom and noted below what was left incomplete:
• Baseboards appeared untouched, with visible dust remaining.
• Wet mopping was not performed. Only dry mopping. I still don’t understand which deep cleaning service does that.
• Both bathroom cabinets in the lower level were missed entirely, even though kitchen cabinets were cleaned.

These were not extra requests, but items specifically included in the deep cleaning scope. The issue isn’t about expecting more than agreed. It’s about not receiving what was promised and paid for.

In response, the business suggested my “dissatisfaction stemmed from a refusal to do additional work.” That statement misrepresents my feedback and unfairly implies bad faith on my part. My review was written honestly to reflect the service delivered, not to disparage anyone personally.

It’s disappointing that instead of addressing specific quality concerns, the response attempted to shift blame. I stand by my review as an accurate, factual account of my experience, hoping it helps others make an informed decision.

My experience working with this company was not satisfactory. Their terms and conditions did not align with the expectations set during our discussions. For example, their deep cleaning package specified sweeping and mopping, but the team only performed dry mopping. I am a little surprised that a deep cleaning package worth $700 doesn’t offer wet mopping! There were several similar discrepancies that made the service feel misleading compared to what was initially communicated.

I cannot thank Meekas Cleaning Services enough for their incredible work! We were in a tough spot, moving into a rental that had not been cleaned at all. She responded immediately and arrived within an hour, ready to tackle the mess. She worked tirelessly and transformed the space into a spotless, welcoming home for us. I booked meekas cleaning services for a move out clean for my apartment I lived in for several years. She cleaned my place from top to bottom. All the appliances looked brand new, bathrooms were in great shape, stains and gunk cleaned that I had been trying to get out for a long time. She did a wonderful job and was speedy but precise in her cleaning. I could tell she paid attention to detail and loves what she does, I got my whole deposit back post move out! I will be using her again!!

Meeka’s was recommended from a hosting platform. Meeka’s came and did a beyond amazing job for my check in check out , highly would recommend her attention to detail is out of this world. We didn’t think the sink would ever be white again we bought so many cleaning products and had other cleaners and never seen the sink this white since the purchase of our home.

I reached out to a few services in the Shoreline area, but they stood out for how simple and straightforward everything was from the start. I’ve included some after photos that I really love. The area used to be pretty messy, the bathroom had a lot of stubborn, built-up grime, and even the stair flooring was covered in dust. Now everything looks so clean and refreshed,like new again.
