Moving is always a struggle for me and my family. We chose the Celestial Move-Out Cleaning, the team was communicative, very personable and understanding. Our cleaning was for a two bedroom 2 bathroom. There was a lot of stuff, but they managed and the price was reasonable. Will be booking with them from here on out.

If I could give Cosmos more than 5 stars, I would. Norah—the owner of the company—and the members of her team were kind, genuine, thorough, responsive, timely, and eager to undersatnd my needs, exceed my expectations, and share their expertise on how to clean different surfaces. I am also really grateful to the team's flexibility with scheduling because I reached out to them the day before AND I wasn't able to confirm my time with them until the day of. It was by far the best experience I've had with a cleaning company. 10/10, would recommend. Do yourself a favour and trust Cosmos to leave your space spotless and squeaky clean.

Did a move out clean that was beyond thorough. It was amazing and sparkled. 10/10! Sent pics when done so we had proof of the cleanliness for our landlords.

*update: cleaning services were still top notch, but I did ask repeatedly how their staff were compensated. Just saw a job posting where they are paying part time staff a hair above minimum wage. Considering how much they charge, it is frustrating. Pay your staff more!

Cosmos did a year end "nuclear clean" that was incredible - it was like we had a new house after. Given that good experience, we elected to have them come back for monthly cleans since then. They are consistently prompt, courteous, and excellent communicators. It's easy to recommend their services.

Cosmo finished DEEP cleaning our house after 4 full days on 3 floors!! Wow is all we can say!! All the wood work, doors, doorways, drawers emptied, wiped out and everything put back, bathrooms, under beds, furniture’s bees waxed and so much more. So Meticulous, always wore shoe covers! We’re thrilled with their beyond thoroughness. The fee was on the higher end but they absolutely delivered and more. Highly recommend.

Cleaning was good. The kitchen sink bowl was spectacular, but the drain did not get cleaned. The bed was made nicely. It was a pleasure to lie down on clean sheets. The bathroom was clean. The trash was not taken out last visit, so I showed her where trash and paper recycling goes. She will put it in her notes. As her time was up (overtime) I did not get a chance to show her where food waste is recycled on the 4th floor. . I would like that in the notes. That local knowledge would help new clients in this building. Dusting was satisfactory. I would recommend Cosmos Cleaning to others in downtown condos.
The price being high, makes giving tips challenging.

Great service! Professional work, simple process. Used their services on 2 different larger projects and they did a great job.

I got upholstery cleaning done on my 6 year old sectional alongwith a deep cleaning of my mattress also about that old. Michael was very professional and methodical in cleaning both. He had a bunch of different tools for the job and the cleaning took about 4 hours in total. While I vacuum and clean my couch every month, I was surprised with how much gunk was extracted from my couch. Michael showed me a bucket full of dark brown water which was all mostly extracted from my couch. While my couch looked clean on the surface, you never know what has been piling up underneath. The price for cleaning my sectional and mattress came out around 400 but considering how long and meticulously they were cleaned and how much gunk came out, I say it was well worth it.
