2) Chris came to inspect my house for rodent activities – He is very professional – took time to explain issue in detail – suggested preventive approaches very thoroughly and simple way!

Fantastic service, Chris came over because our tenants saw rats on deck. I was ready to pay anything for a scorched earth solution but he came back with a much more realistic and humane approach. He took into account food sources, vegetation, adjacent properties, house and roof access points to come up with a perfect solution. Could not ask for anything more.

Wanting to make sure my house and yard were safe and rodent-free (or at least, from my sight!), I called Myzzers and was very impressed with every aspect of my interaction. The online appointment process was easy and efficient and the appt. reminders were helpful. When Chris arrived, he was the perfect educator, communicator and inspector that I could have asked for and, within ten minutes of inspection, determined that there was no evidence of rodent activity in or around my home. And....given that he was here just a short time, he did not charge me for the inspection. What a deal! He certainly knows his field....and I highly recommend Myzzers!

I had bad experiences with some other rodent control companies (I was charged $400 for only placing several mouse traps). I was worried Myzzer would do the same to me as well before Chris arrival.

It turned out Chris was very professional and very honest! He inspected my house and told me the issue was caused by trees touching my house. He never tried to charge me any service that I don't need. Instead, as my situation was so minor, he waived the inspection fee! I trust Chris.

Super professional, helpful and friendly. I needed a dead rat removal over Labor Day weekend and not only did they respond quickly, they didn't charge a ridiculous amount like some of the other places I checked. They are local, responsive and easy to contact. Chris was so friendly and he saved the day! I would definitely hire again.

I manage a rental property for my wife and the tenant called saying that due to some nearby construction, there was an influx of rats into the yard. I called Myzzer Rodent Exclusion and within a day Chris came by did an inspection, made recommendations for trimming back trees to eliminate access to the roof and making the property much less appealing to rodents. He and his crew were out 4 days later and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable and we definitely got great value for the money.
I highly recommend giving Myzzer Rodent Exclusion. We need to support local businesses like this where the principal is a part of our community and does great work too

Lance and Tree City, flawless and safe removal of my 100 ft poplar tree, also highly skilled, beautiful pruning of many other trees on my property. This gentleman proved not only highly skilled with his craft, but was also awesome with his professionalism; personable and knowledgeable as an arborist, clear and articulate in explaining what we were to expect, unusually fair and reasonable with his pricing. Will hope that he is available for all our future Tree Care service needs!

I called around and received 3 bids to cut down a tree in our back yard, Urban Arborist was the lowest bid. But sometimes the cheapest bid is not everything, Ian and his team were professional and quickly got the job done as scheduled.

When an old semi-large tree started to lean toward our house, and I had a mini heart attack during every windstorm, we knew it was time to take it down. I called Urban Arborist for the job, and I am very impressed! They arrived promptly at 9am and got right down to business. Overall, the job seemed to go by pretty quickly given the size of the tree. And the service was professional and efficient. And the price was right! I can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you!!

Urban Arborist was great! First of all, they answer their email, which, in itself, is GOLD. Scheduling (both the work and the estimate) was super easy.

Moreover, they did a great job! We had one giant stump to remove as well as three sad diseased pear trees. One person ground the stump while others cut down the trees (time efficient!), and everyone worked with great care -- our yard is full of newly-transplanted saplings and they worked around all of them. The crew even raked away the dead leaves that had fallen from the felled branches, which was above and beyond.

editing to add: wow, they even removed the pears we had put netting around and placed them on the deck steps! That's really nice of them.

Finally, the price was right -- the next bid we got was more than twice as much, and I don't really see how the work could have been done better.

Based on this experience, I unhesitatingly recommend Ian and the crew at Urban Arborist!

I can't recommend Urban Arborist highly enough! I had never needed tree work done at my house before so I reached out to three different Seattle-based arborists to get quotes and Urban Arborist was the quickest to respond and by far the most reasonably priced (the other two were 2-3x more). Urban Arborist did a great job as well, I'm glad I did not go with the other guys that were much more expensive! They had much fancier websites but I doubt they would've done a better job! I will definitely be using Urban Arborist for any future tree needs.

We have used Urban Arborist a couple times now and highly recommend them. Ian is very prompt and responsive and the quote we received from him was very reasonable. The crew showed up on time on the day of and got the job done very quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Overall very happy with them and definitely recommend them.
