Small but mighty this beautiful nursery packs in a ton of stunning, well-curated trees, annuals, perennials and house plants. Great selection of gifts as well. Thanks to Justin who helped us find all the olive trees! 💚

We were drawn to this place from all the great and unique trees and plants outside. It’s even more intricate and exciting inside. We could spend hours looking through all the elegant and eccentric plants and small botanical treasures.

A compact garden shop inside the University Village. There are all sorts of plants for a home garden and internal plants. All arranged in a beautiful manner.

I had an amazing experience at Ravenna Gardens! I came in with my own plant that I had questions about and an employee was extremely helpful in better understanding the condition of my plant. Afterwards, I asked them to see plants that took similar care and I was shown around the store and told about a number of plants in the store that fit my request. After selecting a couple of plants I came to the register and was told more about how to care for the plants by the aforementioned associate as well as another employee. If I had the money and the space I would be happy to come back and get more plants and plant care items. They have a wonderful selection of plants, plant care books, and other plant care goods. The store is a beautiful space with a lot of airflow and it's a pleasure to shop there.

My go-to when it comes to buying some beautifully kept plants for the summer :) Staff is nice and knowledgeable, answering my questions on how to best care for the two plants I bought. I think the prices were quite reasonable, with the total being $20 w/ tax.

Great selection of vases in different sizes. The store felt chill and authentic.

The 2 ladies there act like we was asking for too much 😭
So many plants that are shoved under shelves and have barely any space to grow and thrive 😢

    Small space brimming with life.
You’ll see wall art, air plants, mini myrtle trees, fiddle leafs, ferns, keepsakes, pots, soil, moss and much more. They have multiple varieties at different growth stages making it easier to adorn a porch or foyer to a coffee table or wall shelf. Air plants for the bathroom anyone? They are knowledgeable and during Covid-19 have held up guidelines keeping customers safe. From the lush green, ombré pots, hanging plants to the hummingbirds that come by to take a drink. For a small space, Ravenna gardens has every nook and corner full of delights. For a housewarming, homecoming, new beginning or birthday you will be grateful and a little more green after you’ve gone.

Bought all my veggie starters here this year. Reasonably priced plants that were all healthy and productive. Will certainly be returning next spring.

Wherever I travel, I always check out gardening stores and so stumbling upon this garden store made my day. The staff was so friendly and explaining to me the craft person who was the artist behind this amazing piece of handcrafted furniture. They had so much variety of perennials and in particular succulents for the indoor gardener. I always collect seeds for a cut flower garden and they had quite a collection to choose from. A beautiful store that is more like an oasis.

Been coming here since they opened years ago. It’s always lovely and you will always find your new favorite plant and pot. I’m on a tropical kick. They have a beautiful display inside a kind of rustic tree house kind of in the city. Indoor and outdoor plants with helpful staff.

Really gorgeous store and really well staged! Big pot selection, many outdoor and select few indoor plants for sale. This is perfect place to stop for a naturalist who enjoys buying well crafted gifts. The price tags are very high so just be ready for that when you visit. A selection of books, crystals, gardening tools, pots, and house decorations. The atmosphere is bright, spacious, and festive. Definitely take a stop in to this plant store if you’re in the area.

The flower garden is truly vibrant, bursting with a myriad of colors and diverse varieties; as a flower lover, I appreciate that this place stocks absolutely every kind imaginable. Flowers are displayed here from late winter through spring, summer, and autumn—whenever the warmth of the sun begins to bathe the city of Seattle. The garden sits across from a spacious park with ample, free parking. Within easy walking distance, you’ll find a gift shop, Yedi Nail Spa, a hair salon, a CVS, and a Japanese sushi restaurant. The street right next door features an ice cream parlor and a Starbucks. What I enjoy most of all, however, is buying flowers and then popping into the nail salon diagonally across the street—Yedi Nail Spa—to have the very flowers I just purchased painted onto my nails. The staff there are wonderful, meticulous, and incredibly skilled. Be sure to book an appointment before you visit! Take a moment to admire the beauty captured in my photos.

This is one of the most unique places in Magnolia. It’s the perfect place to stop if you’re wondering what to give someone for Christmas, a birthday, or have a new baby on the way. It’s a unique space to meet all of your giftgiving needs… Should you prefer a gift or a sweet plant or even some items for your favorite green thumb! Or maybe just yourself? :-) One of the unique services the Magnolia Garden center provides for the residence of Magnolia is Christmas tree delivery. I have been at the short end of this tradition more times than I can count. Excuse my Grinchy demeanor, but Christmas trees, well beautiful, and yes, a lovely tradition, are a bit tricky if you’re a single parent. Running out and picking one out w your kids is fun. Tying the tree to the top of your car, unloading the tree into your house, making it to its final destination without leaving a trail of 5 million Pineneedles and then trying to prop it in its stand without tipping it over or damaging your ceiling is not!! I have reveled in this delivery service!! They will even set it in your stand! They have another pot and plant delivery service. They have many beautiful pots for sale, and a lovely selection of plants! If you’re not sure what will work for your gardening personality (I’m a forgetful watered) they will make a recommendation to suit your needs! The staff is helpful in so many different ways. I recommend giving this sweet little Oasis a visit while you’re in Magnolia!

What’s more, they care about the planet! The Magnolia garden center is a repeat donor to the Vino in the village reuse raffle! Their generosity has encouraged many attendees of Vino in the village to bring their own wine glass (every attendee that brings their own wine glass receives a raffle ticket!). I appreciate their caring for the planet and their helpful efforts to make Vino in the village a zero waste event!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. A variety of indoor and outdoor plants - even seasonal Christmas trees! And a garden center cat as a bonus!

Claire, Natalie, and Rick were working together the day I walked in - they made my Spring 2026 at Magnolia Garden Center a success! I learned A LOT about teamwork and how to creatively choose thrillers, fillers, and spillers! They took the time to combine several amazing options; we re-arranged, took photos, laughed, compared ideas, and figured out an excellent combination to fill my 3 empty large pots and more! The result was a creative mixture that is still going strong 1 month later 💐🌾. I stopped by to say ‘thanks’ yesterday and we got excited all over again! This is a team who knows and loves their gardens and works excellent together! Thank you - I highly recommend 😊 🌼

Had a great experience as a first time plant shopper in Seattle. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me select the right pet-friendly plants for my balcony. They have a diverse collection of indoors and outdoors plants along with soil and equipment - would be interested if they grow their pot variety as well. We bought cat grass and yarrow (perrenial) for our outdoors balcony and thus far they've been great.
