Super easy to schedule and they arrived a bit early and did a great job. I feel much safer knowing my dryer vent is clean now! I also opted for the deep clean for my front loader washer and it looks brand new.

I cannot say enough good things about Jean-Luc and team. I have never seen a group in this industry (landscape, gardening etc.) work as hard as Jean-Luc's team did. They used big rigs, chain saws, carried stumps by hand, and overall I was just super impressed with the work ethic and positivity!

I had a few trees that needed removed as well as some clean-up of trees touching my house (and other tree rotting issues leading to spider infestations and mosquito infestations). Jean Luc is extremely knowledgeable about tree types and in general made me feel at ease about leaving the majority of my trees alone - meaning I only needed to clear a few to ensure the growth and vitality of the others. We also discussed soil drainage, roots, and erosion when discussing my tree concerns.

His team worked for two days straight as per the invoice and estimate and I am extremely pleased with the work done.

I don't think I'll need to have him come again for years to come, because again he's super knowledgeable about trees and knew exactly what to do with them to ensure healthy trees that wont need to be messed with for years to come. But when I do need another clean-up, I'm not calling anyone else and I will recommend him to all of my neighbors!

I am very happy with the work Vitalitree did. The came and trimmed our very tall fir and removed an old apple tree. The team did a great job coordinating with me from quoting to the day of work. They worked quickly and did did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and their quote was fair and better than some.

Vitalitree has completed a couple projects for me, most recently a large (whole day) project at my personal residence. Did a great job with the actual work, cleaned up well, and whole crew was very nice and all knew what they were doing. Jake (an owner, I think?) thoroughly communicated with me so I was never confused or in the dark on any aspect - definitely very experienced and knowledgeable and was able to communicate recommendations so I could understand, and was realistic as to what ultimate costs would be. This could totally have turned into a headache if he didn't manage the plan with me, so I really appreciate that. They didn't just come in a whip out quick work, but came and confirmed what I wanted, when appropriate. Will definitely continue to work with this company and have already referred to one other person who has already made it onto their schedule.

We received excellent service and advice regarding the care and pruning of our birch and flowering trees. The team removed well overgrown shrubs that we could not maintain on our property. Price to value was exceptional for our yard and we will be using Vitalitree again in the future when needed.

From beginning to end, my experience with Vitalitree was top notch. We just moved into a new house and had a very dead tree in our front yard. Jordan came out to conduct the initial consultation and, in addition to identifying the culprit for the dead tree, did a walk around our property to assess the health of our other trees. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and candid. As it was the busy season, they wouldn't be able to do the work for a couple months, but we were in no rush. On the scheduled day, the crew showed up right on time and completed the job in less time than anticipated. They answered any questions I had politely and, as far as I can tell, did a great job of pruning and removing the necessary trees and cleaning up. Definitely recommend!

I've used Vitalitree's services three times now, and I continue to be impressed with their knowledge and expertise. They make thoughtful recommendations rather than pushing services that are not necessary or beneficial. In the past, I've hired them to remove a couple of dangerous/dying trees. Most recently, Jordan gave me some advice on watering my Western Red Cedar (a necessity in our drier summers). As with every person on their team, he was courteous and professional.

Our Japanese Maple suddenly started to look like it was dying and we realized that we needed some expert advice. Jordan came out and immediately knew what was wrong. He offered us solid advice not only for the dying tree but also on to keep our other maple healthy and avoid issues like this moving forward. He was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Vitalitree to anyone who needs expert tree health advice and guidance.

Love these guys! Today was the second time we've used them—they've removed 3 different trees for us (all along tight fence lines, with no damage), plus pruned an oak and a plum tree. Some things I really appreciate: Easy and very clear to schedule, including a detailed quote and description of the work. Nice, professional, knowledgeable crews. Solid tidy-up after the job. Accurate and short arrival window (12-1pm for us today, they were here right before 12pm). Easy payments via check, Zelle, bank transfer, or credit card (with a fee). Admin folks you can email with questions. Highly recommend!

We had to move a dwarf Japanese Mapel in the heat of summer due to moving houses. It has really struggled since, so we called Vitalitree to come take a look and tell us if they thought it might be able to be saved or if it was a goner.

Jake showed up on time, talked to me about what he saw (and didn’t see), trimmed it back a bit, gave me some advice, and explained it’s now a waiting game (fingers crossed!). I loved that the last thing he said was to please let him know if it comes back. He clearly cares about trees!

Very happy with the service I received. And despite, as I said to Jake, this is likely the smallest job they’ve ever had, I wasn’t made to feel in any way like it wasn’t an important job.

The crew of Leo Max and Malcom did a good job trimming trees overhanging our roof and thinning dead branches. I plan to have them back for more work in the future.
