Brendan and Zander felled, bucked and chipped a large pine tree. Fast, efficient and great clean up. 5 stars.

Justin and Ayden showed up right on time and got the job done efficiently, cleaned up the yard after they were done. I would absolutely hire again if I need more tree work done!

Justin, Ayden, Jon, and Jordan did an amazing job cleaning up our trees and getting them ready for winter storms. This is the second time we have worked with Vitalitree and plan to reach out to them again!

They were on time and did a great job. I had a bunch of follow up questions about how to take care of some trees, and they patiently answered all of my questions.

I had a very concerning experience with this company due to the conduct of one of their employees, Justin. While working on the property, he became extremely aggressive and shouted profanities at me while holding a chainsaw after I asked him to stop and wait at the homeowners’ request, as they had not authorized the removal of their hedges.

I was house-sitting at the time and calmly relayed the homeowners’ instructions. Justin’s response was hostile, unprofessional, and entirely unwarranted. What made the situation even more troubling is that I am pregnant, and his behavior showed a complete disregard for basic professionalism and safety.

I contacted management and spoke directly with the manager, Jake, to report the incident. Despite being informed of Justin’s aggressive and verbally abusive conduct, he was allowed to remain on the job for the rest of the day. This lack of accountability raises serious concerns about how this company addresses employee behavior and customer safety.

Dustin and Max were on time, friendly knowledgeable and did a fine job trimming our apple trees. Cleanup was excellent.

Ayden, Justin, and Malcolm did an excellent job trimming our old cherry tree and taking out a huge camellia bush. This is the third time we’ve used Vitalitree to maintain our trees. Highly recommend!

Leo, Max & Malcom were super efficient, friendly and executed my request in a knowledgeable and careful manner. They removed obstacles that could have been damaged and cleaned up and removed limb debris thoroughly and left everything spit spot clean.

Josh, Xander, and Finn did an amazing job with 2 trees—removal and stump grinding of a very old collapsed apple tree and cutting a very tall dead fir. I now have lovely rounds and chips to work with. Thanks, guys!

Vitalitree is a company I use again and again! Their service is phenomenal and the team that recently worked on pruning trees both extermely large and small in my yard did a fantastic job and made sure i was happy with the job. Thank you Leo, Matt, Max, and Lorenzo! Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I had two problem trees in my driveway: one had grown into overhead power lines and the other was a huge, very old brittle poplar. They took them both down beautifully. All of the guys - Matt, Finn and Xander - were awesome - polite, skilled and efficient. Highly recommend!

Jake came out and gave us a quote that was less than half of what we were quoted at other companies. He showed up on time, was super friendly and had our tree and shrubs removed in 30 minutes. 10/10!

Luna, Max and Xander all did a fantastic job pruning my huge, overgrown lelandii cypress trees. They were very polite and communicative and followed through perfectly with my specific requests. They were extremely hardworking and I appreciate their great clean up at the end of the job. I highly recommend and plan to use them again in the future!

We had a tree come down on our roof in a storm and do considerable damage. So we decided to have Vitalitree come assess the rest of the trees around our home to determine other potential problems. Jean-Luc was great and very informative about what trees presented potential threats and how to minimize the risks without just taking trees down needlessly.

And his crew (Josh, Matt, Finn, Brendan and Xander) were awesome. They carefully felled one tree and brought down damaged limbs etc. on several others. And they left the grounds even clearer than found them.

I can’t rate these guys any better for their cost, professionalism and friendly service.

Leo, Ayden and Malcolm arrived right on time. They were all very pleasant and easy to work with. They cleaned everything up well and the yard looks great. This is the 5th year I have used Vitalitree and plan on seeing them next year.

The money we spent to have Vitalitree come out and help us was worth every penny! We moved into a house with two trees that were overgrown and needed expert advice on how to properly care for them. Jordan explained that we have crab apple trees and how to properly prune them without damaging the trees. Justin and his team did an excellent job pruning the trees and helping us cut back our neighbor's tree, with our neighbor's consent, that was growing into our yard. I also want to thank Kelly for making scheduling so easy! All around great service and we will absolutely use their services again!
