Got a fantastic move in clean for our new house with super short notice (3 days!) We had various things done prior to moving in, so the place started pretty dusty, and ended up spotlessly clean, and for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

One time move-out, and I was trying to get as much of my deposit back as I could. They told me 3 hours and meant it, place looker as nice, if not better than when I moved in.

Our home with 4 active kids, a puppy that sheds, and frequent visitors was in need of major tlc. Lera and Isla worked their magic, cleaning the house from top to bottom. My home sparkled and their attention to detail was evident from the fingerprints polished off the piano to my son’s treasures carefully replaced after cleaning his shelves. Highly recommend! We've used this service for a couple of years now. Cleaners are great, customer service is great. More than accommodating for changesiin schedule and small extra steps. More than worth it for the price since it helps keep our home in a good state, which is hard with pets and running a business out of your home.

I'm so glad I found this cleaning service! I had an initial deep clean to begin monthly services. I was amazed at the level of detail. My kitchen and bathrooms are absolutely sparkling, and the whole house smells fresh and clean.
The team was respectful of our home and belongings, and they were efficient without rushing through the job. The pricing was fair and transparent with no hidden fees.

Just had all of our windows cleaned after construction and new windows put in. Sam did an amazing job and was kind to work with. He had great attention to detail, spent time taking stickers & residue off, was very thorough and left the house looking amazing. I would definitely recommend.

RENOVA EXTERIORS - a very reliable, responsive, and professional group - window and partial gutter cleaning for 5-unit, 4-story townhouse structure. On time, excellent quality and Angel Sterling in particular went above and beyond to ensure that the job was completed properly. They clean windows, gutters, roofs, solar panels; remove and treat moss; house washing; and pressure and power washing.

We had our windows and gutters cleaned this year by Angel. It had been three years since our last cleaning and they were very dirty. This was an all day job for Angel, who was so professional and provided us with information about our windows and gutters throughout the day.

Renova did an excellent job removing stubborn moss of our roof, power washed our walkways and cleaned our deck railings all with care, professionalism and efficiency! I highly recommend them for any home maintenance service.

Angel did an incredible job. He was on time, professional, and listened to our concerns about the sump pump hooked up to the gutter downspouts. The roof and windows look 100% better. Bonus: he was as friendly and informative as can be. Kudos to Angel for a job well done.

Today Alex cleaned our windows inside and out. He was fast, thorough, was a very nice person, and left our windows spotless. We had also reserved time for him to clean our gutters, but he checked them and recommended that we have them cleaned in the spring instead because they didn't need cleaning now. A very pleasant surprise! He also noticed a couple places needing repair work on the gutters and asked his office to send me a recommendation for a repair person, which they did immediately.. We are very happy with the work Alex did and with Renova.

Renova was recommended to us by a friend for our new home. We are VERY happy with their work and really appreciate the clear communication from the office (quote/scheduling) and the crew. They showed up on time and got right to work. They were professional with positive attitudes (love that)! The windows (in/out), gutter cleaning, skylights/roof cleaning, pressure washing (walkways, driveway, balcony, and all railings) was fantastic. Definitely worth the money. Everything is sparkling clean and we feel so grateful. Oh, and they were even so sweet with our two pups. I will definitely be using Renova for all future exterior and interior needs. So impressed! Angel cleaned the windows at our 4 story townhouse, and he did a phenomenal job. When inside he was very careful and respectful of furniture and if anything had to be moved to reach the window he would ask and put things back. Great quality of work, and the windows have never looked better!
