My cleaner Liz was great for both of her Saturday visits. She was on time, asked questions about what I was looking for and went to work. She was very friendly and very efficient. I love that the company uses green products and does their best to have their products be as unscented as possible, a big deal for me, with asthma. I was very impressed with the deep cleaning of the kitchen an bathroom, getting them back up to my expectations. I also love that since the main area was clean, the awesome cleaner was able to do some basic "checklist things" and did everything efficiently and all with a smile. I will definitely use Green Cleaning, in the future, when I need a cleaning.

I've had Green Cleaning come to my house for years now and I really appreciate their professionalism, friendliness, and comfort with our dogs in our home. Our cleaners have changed over time, but they are all trained in a consistent process so I know what to expect. Bonus that they use green cleaning products!

It is the details that count, especially when you're renting out your home. Pillows neatly organized, pictures straightened, blinds neatly pulled up. And then also the level of clean. Behind the TV, under the night stand. All of these things are taken care of my Green Cleaning. I use them for my rental and for my personal home. I can't recommend them enough. They not only get the job done, but they do the job in a way that I don't have to worry about anything. This is especially important to me because of my short term rental. If my rental isn't perfectly cleaned and in order, my guests will complain. Green Cleaning is a huge relief in my life.

Used them a few years back and did not realize how bad they were. Overpriced, poor communication and very mediocre quality (now that I have used other services and have been able to compare quality and attitude).

We were excited to save up for a deep cleaning, but we reported some issues that happened after they had come to clean, which required us hiring outside help to come and fix things. Nothing was done about it, despite going back and forth over multiple emails including photos with different people responding. Not a great service.

My experience with Green Cleaning Seattle was disappointing and incredibly frustrating. I paid for an intensive, two-session Initial Deep Clean, which promised to elevate our home to “Condition 2” with a thorough scrub of kitchen, bathrooms, baseboards, floors, furniture, and more. Instead, I ended up babysitting the crew and coordinating every step.

Despite cleaning for over sixteen hours across two visits (July 9 and 11), major areas were completely ignored: they skipped the laundry room and one sink in the primary bath upstairs, overlooked floor cleaning around the main-level toilet, and left the downstairs desk, under-desk floor, leather furniture, railing, and even baseboards untouched. Not only did the crew not communicate when leaving, but the company also prematurely declared the job “done.” I even offered to be on hand to help guide them. Still, they left us with unfinished work and no followup until I initiated contact.

Given the high cost of this “deep clean,” I expected a comprehensive, hands-off service—not micromanagement and gaps in basic cleaning. In hindsight, paying a bit less for an independent cleaner would have saved me time, money, and aggravation.
