For each of our routine cleanings, they have paid attention to the details of our household and honored our preferences. When interruptions upset our calendar, the Trunovs have gone out of their way to accommodate and reschedule. They are diligent and considerate, and we wholeheartedly recommend their company and team. I highly recommend this company. Volodymyr and his team have been cleaning our house for months now, and I very much appreciate how thorough and efficient they are. They do a fantastic cleaning job, are detail-oriented and open to requests, and they’re super reliable. We’re at home while they clean, and they make it easy and comfortable. Communication is incredibly easy and straightforward. Volodymyr’s speedy response to my initial inquiry actually convinced me to hire them for a first cleaning, and after that there was no reason to go with someone else. We feel very lucky to have found them.

I simply asked to change the team for the next visit, understanding that mistakes can happen. The follow-up cleaning was excellent — thorough, detailed, and done with real care. Since then, they’ve been cleaning our home every two weeks, and the quality has been consistently great.

I'm not sure why they get such a low rating, but that is not my experience. I have been looking for a housecleaning service for over three years, trying FIVE different housecleaners. Nobody did a good job. I nearly gave up on ever finding someone who would clean the way it should be done. The Guayllas team came today and left my apartment sparkling clean. They cleaned everything. Everything. I am so happy with them. I will definitely start a monthly service with them. I'm excited to finally find a cleaners worth their weight in gold.

I’ve been using this cleaning service for 1.5 years, and they’re generally good, especially considering their price. However, the quality can vary depending on which team members come, as they rotate frequently. Recently, there were a few issues that left me disappointed, and it’s not the first time something like this has happened.

There was a scheduling mix-up, and they came a week earlier than planned. Since I didn’t need the service and the house was already clean, I agreed to pay anyway to avoid complications. However, the quality this time was rushed, likely due to needing to get to the other client who mixed up the schedule.

When I asked if they could make it up to me on the next visit, I was met with resistance and no apology. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience, it felt like they just wanted to take the money and move on. The customer service has been frustrating and unresponsive, which really takes away from the otherwise good service they offer.

While the service itself is usually reliable, I hope they improve their communication and consistency to maintain a high standard.

This was my first time working with Guayllas. The day prior to my cleaning I let Ana know the kitchen sink was backed up and asked if we needed to reschedule. She said the team would still come and hopefully it wouldn’t be an issue. The team worked hard and the house looked very clean. I made sure to tip each person because I know they worked hard. Now here’s why I’m only giving 2 stars - a couple of days later I realized several things were missing from my kitchen. Apparently, the team attempted to unclog the sink with my silicone bottle brush and straw brush (???) and then threw them away. Later, I discovered a dish towel is also gone. I wasn’t notified of this until I inquired about where my things were. No attempt was made to replace my property or make it right and I don’t feel comfortable moving forward with this company in the future given that my things were thrown away.

This cleaning crew did an absolutely amazing job! They brought such care and attention to detail that it honestly lifted such a weight off my shoulders. Our home feels fresh and clean! I’m so grateful for their hard work and professionalism, truly above and beyond!
