BBK did a lovely job cleaning my townhouse. They were quiet and efficient, and communication was great! Definitely recommend!

🚨SCAMMER ALERT🚨DONT DO IT. I’m not even sure this is a real cleaning company. They quoted me $290 for a deep clean everything included. I explained everything I wanted done and they assured me they’d be able to and took a $50 deposit. I later learned this was just to get my bank info. When they got there, they said the sink was too disorganized for them to do their job there was a few dishes on the counter next to the sink. When they left told me they’d charge 50% of the service. They charged my card $240 for not doing anything.

UPDATE: I read the response, from Silvia and want to clarify. We searched through emails over the phone and not one of them has a document attached with this policy included. I definitely didn’t sign anything giving you permission to do so. While you may have gotten an open receipt for me opening an email, you definitely didn’t get one saying I opened and signed a document. I still have pictures of the sink with a few dishes next to it that made it impossible for the “professionals” to do anything to help. Also, I have kids but we were not being used as a daycare. It’s a normal home. You didn’t offer any alternatives just more excuses which you still seem to be doing. I was moved to write this review because I don’t believe BBK is committed to anything other than getting card information on file. I recommend Seattle Green Cleaning Fairy as they’ve never had a problem moving a few cups to wipe around.

I changed from a different cleaning service to BBK. I really appreciate their hard work. They straightened up my little bit of clutter into neat piles and I could tell they spent a little extra time working on the stubborn corners that are hard o clean. I live in an old house that was not well kept and we are trying to put it back together.

I have had a wonderful experience with BBK cleaners! They do a great job with all the standard cleaning, but they add a special touch with their attention to detail and genuine care for my home. They are very careful with pets such that I don't feel worried about them getting out if I'm not home. They are great communicators also. I would definitely recommend them!

I used this cleaner for the first time today to clean my townhouse. They did an excellent job. Communication was clear through the entire booking process and on the day of the appointment. They sent three cleaners who were able to get my 1,370 sq ft home + refrigerator done in 3 hours.

I especially appreciated that they put everything back in its place almost perfectly so I didn't have to spend much time re-adjusting my stuff when they were done. I plan to book them again in the future.

Spent $250 to get two rugs cleaned and treated. One was packaged wet, came back smelling like mildew.

I requested a partial refund. They are refusing unless I "prove" that the rug was packaged incorrectly. It's been 24 hours. The only "proof" is a mildew smell that I'd have to go out of my way to show them after spending a significant amount of money for a premium service.

I don't want a rework. I don't even want a full refund! I want a refund on the rug they sent back wet and stinky
