We hurdled Fuzzy Wuzzy to do a carpet clean of our house and clean a couch we have. We have two Labradors that love to track mud everywhere and Fuzzy Wuzzy did a tremendous job of making everything look bright and clean! Quick and easy service and a very reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier!

We have a 25 year old area rug and decided to have it professionally cleaned. Had always used a rug doctor each year. Fuzzy Wuzzy picked up the rug and delivered it back to us. Told us the price up front. Very courteous! What a shock when we got the rug back ! Looked so refreshed and bright ! The fringe had looked dingy. Not now ! Would recommend to anyone wanting a clean carpet !

Fuzzy Wuzzy's is the best! They took on two of our favorite, well-loved rugs that have been through everything with our foster pugs over the past year—and the results are amazing! They also cleaned out our air ducts for the furnace and dryer vent, which was long overdue (thank you, pug hair!).

Scott, our tech, was awesome—friendly, non-judgmental about our “pug glitter,” and really knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was doing and even helped me figure out which furnace filter we needed. The whole process was quick, and we’re already feeling the difference—staying cozy and breathing easier. Will definitely be calling Fuzzy Wuzzy's again for our next round of cleaning!

I was so Disappointed with the young man that serviced and clean my couch he missed a huge dirt spot on the back of the couch. Was unable to get a red stain out. Don't think he did a very good job.

Last week, we had the pleasure of having Scott from Fuzzy Wuzzy come to our home for a vent cleaning service. Right from the start, the experience was exceptional. Scott arrived at our doorstep at 8:10 AM, which was a breath of fresh air as it meant we didn’t have to wait all day for the service to begin. His punctuality was just the beginning of a truly remarkable service experience.

Scott was not only friendly and efficient but also incredibly kind and down-to-earth. It felt like inviting a friend over who just happened to be an expert in vent cleaning. Before choosing Fuzzy Wuzzy, I had spoken to four other companies, but none could match the value and professionalism offered by Scott and the team. Their quote was unbeatable, but it was the quality of service that truly set them apart.

We opted to add the sanitize option, and I’m glad we did. Just a few days after Scott’s visit, we’ve noticed significant health improvements in our household. We’re coughing less, my ears stopped itching, my vision is clearer, and I feel less flushed in the face and my sinuses have improved. We all feel less itchy.

I can’t help but attribute these improvements to the thorough cleaning and sanitization performed by Fuzzy Wuzzy. It’s clear they don’t just clean vents; they enhance the quality of life for their clients. My children’s health and our overall spirits have noticeably improved, and for that, we are incredibly grateful.

I was quoted $100-$120 over the phone. ( he used goggle earth to check out my house) When the workers came, they said $200. They ended up doing 3/4 of the job (no family room) for $150, so basically a $200 job. I was having a party, so I had to have them done. You need for them to come out and give you a bid. Not a good way to do business.

Will and Tyler came out to clean my roof and apply moss free powder. They were on time, helpful, and respectful. I enjoyed having Will and Tyler working for me and would recommend these guys for your next job!

I don't like giving negative reviews and your mileage may vary, but to me that's not an ideal situation.

These guys are terribly inconsistent. I had them out to clean my windows and gutters, and they did a decent job. I'd have expected the gutters to be cleaner and they did a shoddy job tidying the premises (leaves and other gutter remnants were sprayed onto my door and deck), but overall I was pleased.

My bill was $50 over what they estimated with no explanation.

I reached out to get them to work on another property. Before they started they called to extort another $100 from me because the 5 year old house was "new construction" that "the windows still had stickers on them."

I asked if it was because the adhesive would pose a problem and he rambled about the stickers and the caulking and all manner of random excuses that made it "really hard" to clean the windows. I pointed out that they cleaned my house 2 weeks ago and that my windows were part of a full remodel, and that they didn't charge me extra for it. He tried to blame it on his co-workers. I said maybe I would find someone else to clean the windows and he told me to have a nice day and abruptly hung up on me.

Awesome company, highly recommended! We've had them out twice and both times they did a great job. I have a really difficult schedule but Jesse (guy who does booking) always makes it super easy to schedule an appt - I actually had to reschedule our first service but when I called he said it was no problem and he found a spot for me only two days later - the'yre really flexible since they work Monday through Saturday! I've had both Matthew and Gustavo out, and they both do amazing work. First time I had my windows cleaned in over 5 years... after Matthew was done they were so clear I almost forgot they were there! Then we had Gustavo out this last year to clean the gutters, we had a gutter that was overflowing like a WATERFALL in front of our door, but Gustavo fixed it instantly. And we had him wash the outside of the gutters also, and treat the moss on the roof. It's been 5 months and still no overflow, and they look fantastic! Really affordable and everybody is so friendly, and does such good work. We will definitely have these guys back every year!

Sound Window and Gutter Cleaning did a fantastic job on our three story home. Previous companies we had cleaning our windows were never able to get some of the windows on the third floor cleaned very well. Sound Window had no problems reaching our highest windows, they did a fantastic job! Luke did a great job cleaning the windows, Jesse and Matthew were very prompt to return my call and set up the appointment within two days of my request. I highly recommend this company!

I've used Sound Window & Gutter Cleaning for the past 5 years. Matthew is great at scheduling and communicating. I really appreciate the cleaning crew. They do an excellent job getting all of the debris from the gutters and downspouts plus cleaning up the outside area. This year, they identified an issue with the way my new gutters had been installed that was damaging the roof. They immediately let me know, then sent a detailed report to me with pictures. I was able to send it to the gutter installation company and get it fixed the same day at no charge. Without the crew at Sound Window and Gutter Cleaning I would have had a giant bill (and headache) from a damaged roof. Thank you Matthew and Gustavo! You guys are the best!
