What a positive experience. I called last minute for a deep clean before listing my house for sale. Ladonna came out that same day to give a free in-person estimate. The pricing was super detailed and totally transparent--no surprises at all, and the owner helped me make smart choices about what services to select to stay within my budget but have the most impact. They then arranged to have as many workers as needed to get the work done within my limited schedule. They were flexible, fast, and flawless. The owner is an energetic lady who's expert in this field, and her employees are kind people and perfectionistic cleaners. Absolutely recommend!

Ladonna's Cleaning Services has done great work for me on very short notice, just one day. This has been for my daughter's apartment cleaning on two occasions when her regular cleaner didn't come. Ladonna sized up the job with me over the phone ahead of time and gave me a reliable estimate. She did work-arounds with her schedule to accommodate my daughter's constrained schedule (awesome!) and then arrived on time and did the work just as we wanted. And she sent me pics of the completed job. I couldn't be more satisfied!!

Ladonna was super nice and quick to respond. She personally came out to give us an accurate quote. The cleaning staff was efficient and polite and our difficult to clean wood floors looked so much nicer after just two hours of scrubbing.

The rates are very reasonable and competitive and they pay their cleaners well unlike some companies that have bargain basement prices. (Avoid those too good to be true rates).

I would definitely call Ladonna again for future cleaning.

Incredibly responsive and goes beyond typical cleaners. They can help with dishes, laundry, clutter if you need help with that. Susan picked up right away and came by to scope the job that night. Gloria is flexible and excellent - she even learned & followed the recycling & compost practices I follow locally. After falling behind on cleaning a few months due to health issues, LaDonna’s cleaners transformed my home in a day.

Ladonna was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Her responsiveness is impressive. I filled in an online form on their website at 6:00 AM and Ladonna called me early in the morning around 7:00 AM the same day to schedule a viewing of my apartment so that she could give me an accurate quote. She explained what all needs to be cleaned with the hours needed and gave me a precise and fair estimate. She accepted my cleaning request at the last moment without charging any last minute fees. Her cleaning staff was very detail oriented and they left my apartment spick and span. They needed no supervision. Ladonna kept me updated with the progress being made on the cleaning while I was at work, even sending me picture updates. All in all, Ladonna went above and beyond my expectations and I was very satisfied with her service. I would recommend her to a friend any day!

LaDonnas cleaning service went above and beyond to schedule me on short notice and provide excellent service. They provided an honest quote which at first seemed high but then she detailed out what was included it made it worth the money.
The move out cleaning included everything in the house from baseboards to ceiling fans and even the blinds on all my many windows. I wish I would have used this service on a regular basis and if I wasn’t moving out of state I continue to use them.
If you need turnkey cleaning Ladonna’s service is well worth the money.

I was completely blown away by the cleaning experience I received by Ladonna and her team. I’d like to start by saying that when other cleaning companies wouldn’t even get back to me, she called me within the hour of me inquiring about a cost estimate for an apartment cleaning. She was prompt, courteous, kind, and very upfront with me. She pays her staff great working wages and takes care of her team. The cleaning crew worked on my apartment that same day and completed the cleaning with astounding results.

If you’re looking for the absolute cheapest cleaning in town, she isn’t the service provider for you. She provides a real service to both her staff and her clients by providing fair prices that both take care of her team but also represent the level of value and customer service she brings to the table. So if you’re wanting the best possible cleaning at a reasonable price point, then look no further. I would absolutely use her services again and again.

Ladonna is super responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. We were able to get an assessment and initial cleaning scheduled within a few days. Very reasonable prices for the quality of the work.
The staff are amazing! Margaret scrubbed our bathroom until it shined. She is a detail-oriented person who always goes the extra mile—last time she came by, she polished my kitchen cabinet handles, which had never even occurred to me. Margaret is also flexible with her schedule, and just a really nice person.

I hired Ladonna and team to clean my 2 bathrooms and my kitchen before I moved out of my apartment. They did a fantastic job. The oven, microwave and shower looked better after they cleaned it then when I first moved in. It was incredible. Also, Ladonna is upfront and honest about her pricing. It took her team an extra 2 hours then expected, but Ladonna ended up only charging me for the original quote. I really appreciated the detail and time they took to get the job done. I’m truly grateful to Ladonna, Gloria, Maria, and the team who helped turn an overwhelming and difficult situation into a manageable experience.
Ladonna called me very quickly after I submitted an online estimate request and we walked through my home via FaceTime. I had extensive smoke damage and an overwhelming mess left by tenants and needed to get the house in shape to move back into with my family. They were able to quickly get a team to my home and start cleaning.
The initial quote was high as we expected the team would need to clean from the ceilings to the floors and essentially wipe down every surface. Once the team got started, they informed us that they thought what was covering the walls was smoke which would not go away regardless of how much cleaning they did so they recommended having the home repainted with kilz primer.. this is exactly what needed to happen and despite the expense a full interior painting job, I really appreciated Ladonna and team’s honesty rather than performing a service that would not have been beneficial long-term.
They continued to clean the rest of the home which still took the team almost 2 days, but they were prompt and efficient and ensured that I was happy with the service before leaving.

Susan and her team were amazing. I called in a panic at 6pm on a Saturday and Susan answered and came by to do a quote and site visit that night. Her team showed up Sunday morning at 8AM and knocked out a ton of cleaning (and did so very well!). From start to finish, Susan and her team exceeded expectations!

Fantastic and wonderful people to be working with. Ladonna goes out of her way to video call around my home and notice details that I didn't even notice in person. Gloria and her family were outstanding with the level of detail they were able to get to make my already new home look newer. Would highly recommend!

Was asked to leave my house multiple times and refused, even kept taking pictures of my bathroom after being asked to leave multiple times. Was told to step outside to receive payment, yet stood in my doorway blocking the exit to my home staring at me and not moving, despite being told that she needed to go outside immediately.

Tried to argue with me about my home and belongings. I told her "I'm not asking you to argue with me. I need you to leave my house right now. My brother is outside and he is the financially responsible person who will pay you."

She lied and said she needed to grab her items still [there were none], and started taking pictures in my home without my permission.

Add on to this that she had a [I'm assuming private] AA-type meeting playing on her phone speaker extremely loud the entire time. Heard a bunch of people spilling their private guts about their addiction and such. Suuuuuper uncomfortable and unprofessional.

This does not even address the actual service. They vacuumed the same carpet 3 different times throughout their cleaning rather than just doing it once at the end (milking time).

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was noteworthy to say the least. I called Ladonna this afternoon to see about a same-day cleaning for my apartment and was told she would need to see the place before committing to the job, which is completely understandable. Upon arrival to my street, I received several frantic phone calls asking where I was and that she “didn’t have time for this,” even though she admitted she had entered my address incorrectly. After trying to explain that I knew where she was and could come to her instead of her entering my address into her GPS for a third time, and walking up to meet her - she stared at me, said “I can’t.” and literally ran away from me to her car and drove away. I haven’t elicited that kind of reaction from a woman since getting braces in high school…
Honestly, I understand it was a last-minute request and the cleaning industry is busy this time of year, but that was probably the most unprofessional encounter I’ve ever had. Would not recommend this company.

Maria and Gloria were fantastic and did a wonderful job doing a move out clean on my apartment. They finished earlier than anticipated and even cleaned the walls which was above and beyond what I paid for. Service is extremely fair/affordably priced for the level of cleanliness and scheduling was easy. Will 100% be recommending and using this service in the future

Ladonna and her crew came in on short notice and did a move out cleaning that left my home looking brand new! I almost moved back in. It was a gift to the new tenants. Ladonna has high expectations and she and her crew care about the quality of the work they do. It was well worth the $$$ if you want a quality job.

Ladonna answered right away, was clear about pricing and accommodating with our schedule. She did a phenomenal job cleaning the church. It was spotless. She communicated with us the whole time, since we couldn’t be on site, and sent pictures at the end. Her pricing was very competitive.
