Our experience of Molly Maids has been a good one. They do a deep cleaning every two weeks, and we really appreciate their attention to detail.

Update: it’s been 3 years now and Molly Maids is still wonderful. They are very reliable and so responsive to questions. Easy to get a hold of. I strongly recommend them.

We’ve had Molly Maid clean our apartment for the past few months, and Team 1, Norma & Elizabeth, may have done the best job so far last week While they did seem to be running a little late, I’m confident they’re committed to doing high quality work. Better late than unclean! Thanks!

I've been a Molly Maid customer for over a year. They take such great care of my home and are great with my dogs. Their work is very thorough and I am always so happy with the results when I get home. I've been working with Team #2 exclusively for the last 8-9 months and am so very happy. Customer service is also fantastic. They are very responsive to email and have worked with me for rescheduling and taking special care with one of my older dogs when they are in the house. Highly recommend. Great experience.

I'd never received housecleaning services until recently, when I realized I needed some help around the house. Well, the staff at Molly Maid did not disappoint! Nancy, Eliza, and Amanda of Team 7 are fabulous - kind and friendly, and super good at what they do. My house has never been cleaner! Thanks so much!

Use Ladonna's Cleaning Service instead. Molly Maid has terrible communication and poor quality of cleaning. Ladonna's quality of cleaning was much better and much more affordable.

We hired Molly maid to do a deep cleanse a few months ago for our 2000 sqft house. We were told the hourly rate was $150/hour for 2 cleaners. And it would take 3-4 hours for them to clean. On the day of cleaning, it took the 2 ladies 10 minutes to load their vacuum and towels from their car from our driveway to our house. For an average human being, it should take shorter than 30 seconds to walk to our door from our driveway. Even if you carry a vacuum it should take less than 3 minutes at most. Since they charge us starting from the moment they parked their car, parking and unloading costs us $25. We told the ladies that we specifically want the playmat in the living room to be cleaned. 3 hours later, the 2 ladies were still working on the main floor, wiping our kitchenaid mixer and some wine bottles on our kitchen count there. They told me they need another hour to do the basement. Their work is extremely inefficient. After they finished their cleaning, it took them another 10 minutes to move to the car on our driveway. And this costs us another $25 given their $150 hourly rate. Their deep cleaning didn’t include vacuuming under the furnitures nor making my house clean. And they also didn’t wipe our playmat which was the only ask we had. I definitely wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone. You can hire much better cleaning service at much lower cost for sure.

I’ve been using Molly Maids for over a year now and they have been amazing. My house is spotless every time! They are efficient yet do a thorough job. They can clean my 3,000 sq ft home in 2.5 hours which is awesome. I’ve gotten to know my cleaners, Elizabeth and Oneyda, and they are respectful and sweet. When I had to change dates and times the office staff were polite and courteous and were flexible with my changes. I would recommend my cleaning team to anyone!

Team 7 did a great job on my home today. They got right to work. They worked independently.

Molly Maid of Seattle is incredibly responsive, attentive, they've assisted me even with short deadlines for cleanings, and their cleaning pros are professional, skilled, and do a great job even for small 1-2 hour jobs. Their customer service reps are wonderful, responsive, and truly above and beyond. Further, as someone who is disabled, they have accommodated me with nothing but kindness and patience at every step. I HIGHLY recommend Molly Maid!

Amazing experience from beginning to end - at a reasonable price!
After looking unsuccessfully for a smaller non-corporate establishment that hit both decent pricing AND good reviews (some initial cleans for a small 2 bedroom apartment were like $700??), I finally caved and looked at Molly Maid.
Setting up the in-home consultation was easy and flexible, the consultation itself was lovely (Megan is awesome), and the clean - just wow! Previous cleaning experiences told me to keep my expectations realistic, bordering on somewhat low, but wowza. The clean I received was so so good. Even my shower, which I thought was doomed to be gross forever (we only recently moved in and my landlord claimed to have had it cleaned - the lies!) came clean. Down to the little details (toilet paper flowers?!), everything exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to my next clean!

I love the Molly Maid team. Here are a few reasons why: they provide all the cleaning supplies (from vacuum to cleaning products) needed. They come with a team (either 2 or 3). I think it helps with quality of the clean and speed.... but I also love that it creates community for them to have coworkers with them. They aim to keep the same team or at least one person the same each clean for continuity. They are always so friendly and, most of all, do a great job!

First time I booked Molly maid a few months ago, the service was impeccable. I was disappointed this time because I did not think the cleaning was as thorough as anticipated. In fact, some of our items were damaged. We bought new expensive stone mats and to my dismay I saw that the cleaners had walked on them (see photos) and I am unable to remove the dirt footprints. Additionally, there were spots not cleaned as well please see photo.

I was appreciative of Molly maid for the prompt response to this experience. They made the extra effort to contact me and even offered to schedule a re-clean for free. Hence, I updated my rating. I am willing to give Molly maid another chance in the future for cleaning services because besides these few misses, they were overall very very good.

Management was communicative and attentive towards my needs and special requests regarding my old wood floors. They followed up with me after my clean to address and issues and make sure the work met standards. The clean itself was very efficient.

Wow! They are amazing! They even vacuumed the cat condo. My apartment is much cleaner than when I moved in. I will definitely have them back. Thank you so much!

I was given an initial estimate of $400-$500 for a two bedroom/two bathroom house that would take about four hours, and it ended up taking 6 hours and $900 +tip. Don't get me wrong. The cleaning ladies were lovely, but don't give a low ball estimate for a known square footage and then go over the price point by double. I would not recommend this company to others. I didn't even have them finish the second bedroom as I didn't want to have to pay for another hour of work.

Great service, quick to respond and very professional. I don’t know how it compares price-wise to other services but for us it has been worth every penny.
Recently we had an emergency and had to cancel last minute and they were super understanding, rescheduled and waived the fee due to being an unexpected situation. Definitely will stick with them!
As for the cleaning itself, I am impressed how clean my house is, I don’t think I’ve ever been able to have it as clean as they leave it once they are done. Just a random detail, they clean my espresso machine without me asking and it just makes my day to have a clean machine in the mornings.

They were punctual and very time efficient. Got through my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in 2 hours and cleaned it so thoroughly, it was like i was never there. Perfect service for moving out
