Alex Schmidt did a great job for us. He was very prompt and professional. He cleaned our roofs and gutters for the house and three outbuildings. He made sure nothing was damaged by the cleaner, and cleaned up after the job very well. We would definitely have him back to do more work as needed. Thank you for a job well done!

Tristin arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly and did an awesome job with a super positive attitude! He took pictures of the roof to keep on file and took extra care to make sure my plants were safe and watered them on top of it. He also went the extra mile and helped my husband figure out our bird problem. Great job! The company is efficient, communicates well, and offers fair pricing compared to some others in the area. Highly recommend!

First JP Nunez a customer service rep came out and did the initial review and estimate. He was very professional and efficient and amazingly polite. Once the service people came out Michael Crawford and another associate they were extremely fast, detailed polite. They did a wonderful job and I couldn’t recommend them any higher. They are five star outfit Thank you Johnny tsunami!

The job was done fine. The communication was poor. We had to make 4 calls because we kept getting one appointment time missed after another, and nobody called to explain they weren’t on going to be on time.

First appointment was scheduled 9-11 am. We called and they said oops, 1:30 pm. They didn’t show up until 3:30 pm. We ended up spending the whole day at home waiting, which shouldn’t have been necessary.

Very glad I called Johnny Tsunami! They were professional, did a great job cleaning my horribly mossy roof and dirty windows. More than happy to be able to put them on my annual maintenance list to have them back in the future! Score!!!

Great company for tile roofing! The estimator was thorough and answered any question we had. The office team did a great job with listening to our concerns and scheduling around our tight schedule. They were cool with a reachedule a couple days before our originally scheduled time.Marcos did a fantastic job! This guy was amazing. Very professional and very skilled at his profession. The techs arrived promptly and quickly handled the cleaning of my roof and siding. They spent time to explain the process and sent before and after photos. I had one downspout that was clogged and difficult to clear but they were able to get it taken care of. Excellent service. Would recommend to anyone wanting their house cleaned and looking like new again. Thanks Alex and Michael.

Did a great job. Moss on garage roof was really bad.

Workers were polite. I wish they could have picked up more of the moss on the one side of garage.
The only complaint I have is they forgot to close gate. Lucky I checked before letting out the dog. They were not the first service person to leave gate open, so I always check

JP arrived at my home on time to give me a quote. He was knowledgable and professional. He got up on the roof to inspect it and demonstrated the brushing technique used to remove clumps of moss. I paid a deposit and the very next day Jack arrived to clean my roof and gutters. He was a complete professional and worked by himself for almost 10 hours. His work was detailed and complete. I could not have asked for a better cleaning job.

I wanted my house perfect before putting in the market. Had the full package deal and everything (gutters, siding, windows and roof) shines. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks!

JP and Zay did an amazing job putting up our Christmas lights! Our house looks great for the holidays and we'll definitely be using Johnny Tsunami for this in future years. We've previously used Johnny Tsunami for gutter and roof cleaning/moss treatment, and general pressure washing, and they were equally fantastic for those jobs.

The Alex Schmidt team was efficient and worked quickly to clean down spouts, roof and deck. The deck cleaned up beautifully. The estimated two-day job was done in six hours. It was expensive! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the windows were left with debris from the cleaning, the white trim should have been washed off as it was left dirty from the cleaning, and at least one of the down spouts was left dirty. I expected this would have all been done.

Ty and Gavin did a great job on my home. They cleaned the windows inside and out, and soft pressure washing of my decks. They showed up on time and worked quickly. The entire experience from my initial call, the appraisals, to the finished product, was handled very well.
This will be my go-to company from now on!

Word of wisdom to request before and after pictures of your project day-of to ensure it was done properly! We had our gutters cleaned, a roof blow off, and moss prevention powder placed on the roof in August and this is what they looked like two months later in October. We had the company back out to take a look when we noticed our gutters overflowing onto our driveway, as we were concerned since our house is three stories tall with very few trees around the roof. We’ve been here 9 years and have ever needed a cleaning this quickly after. The company refused to redo the work and said it would be an additional full gutter and roof cleaning charge (the moss treatment has no guarantee/warranty). Upon request, the company did produce two grainy and far away photos of the roof after the blow off, but did not have a clear image of the gutter cleaning. Now I am left to wonder either if it wasn’t done properly or wasn’t done at all. We will be going with another company for an additional cleaning now because of this poor result.

My first experience with Johnny Tsunami the first appointment I had scheduled they called 30 min before and had to cancel and reschedule after I had already made arrangements to be home that day. The guy Angilo seemed to struggle with getting the work done - I had my roof treated gutters cleaned (with face wiped off) and exterior window cleaning. He had to redo some windows as there were streaks from when he hosed the gutters off. Also i realized the next morning he had missed the three windows above my entry way and once again when scheduled to return to fix he cancelled 10 min after he was supposed to be there)the office said he has done this before). I also noticed about 15 minutes after the worker left as I was outside cleaning up a bit of a mess he left my patio was discolored with a rust tint to it. At first they were very nice saying they would have someone try and clean it off - they ended up denying any of their products would do that and never responded back to my reply to their email. I would never recommend them as their workers seem very inexperienced with no supervision. I do believe it was most likely the moss treatment or the chemical used to clean the gutter faces that discolored my patio.

Hired this company to hang outdoor Christmas lights. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. Scheduling was quick and earlier than expected. The two young guys that did the work were also very friendly, on time, professional and did a great job.

We had Ty come out today for roof and gutters cleaning. Friendly, professional and provided great overall service. Many thanks to JP also for the great communication and follow ups. Will be using again.
