This is the first time I’ve tried a cleaning service, and I’m so glad I did - they did such a fantastic job! The house is spotless after one day. The two-person cleaning crew had great attention to detail - they covered details like baseboards, window sills, window tracks, my washer and dryer down to the lint trap pocket - you get the idea! Also such a relief that the big hard tasks like deep cleaning the bathrooms and laundry room are suddenly just done, and done well. It was also awesome that they needed almost no input from me before diving in, I was able to work a full day from home while they quietly and efficiently did their thing. I will definitely do this again.

I just want to say thank you. I had the most wonderful experience. I was truly saved by Ladonna's earlier this week. I was getting ready to put my house on the market and some other cleaners fell through. I called cleaner after cleaner and explained my situation but no one could help. Trying to organize move-out cleaning when you are half way around the world is a nightmare! But not with Ladonna and her team! She immediately responded to my email and provided a quote the same day. The apartment was looking like new within 48 hours of our first contact. Her and her team followed the move-out guidelines given to us by our landlord and the place looks better than when we moved in. She was great to work with and I would recommend her to anyone!

We had a three bedroom house that needed to be cleaned with a large gourmet kitchen and three bathrooms. In addition our home had hardwood floors and custom made wood cabinets. LaDonna’s schedule was pretty flexible and we were able to get on thier calendar very quickly. The team did a great job and within a day and a half the house was ready for us to start the listing process. I can’t help but feel that the excellent job they did will only increase the price I will be able to get for this house on the market. All in all I found the team personable, passionate and timely.

Susan came by and did an inspection of the house before taking up the job. We discussed what needed to be done. She gave a clear estimate in terms of time and money. She was thorough. Next day her people came in very early as she said and did everything that was noted down. I’m very impressed by the service. Job is very well done. I wouldn’t have asked for more. Her price is comparable to any online quotes but what I think matters is the quality of job done. I can happily move in to my house now. I recommend the service.

My sister and I arranged for a deep clean if my mother’s house as a gift. LaDonna promptly responded to my email inquiry. My sister and I live out of town, and she was able to accommodate our tight schedule; she came to do the free estimate on a Sunday, in short notice. Cleaners came with her later to get oriented to the house and the job, and then the crew was at work by Wednesday of the same week. The house was beautifully and thoroughly cleaned with meticulous attention to detail. LaDonna and her team were personable and great to work with. I also really appreciate how she works ethically, and takes care of her crew. I felt good about spending this money for the value we received. I highly recommend!

After calling a country wide company three times over multiple weeks without getting a call back, I found Ladonna and requested a quote online. She called me with 5 minutes and found time to both meet with me and deep clean my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment right away. My apartment manager's list of demands were extensive and she and her workers did an amazing job. She she was very thorough both with her cleaning and communication. I am so thankful I found her.

We had them clean our bathrooms, floors, and kitchen and we were very impressed with the cleaning her crew did for us. I recently hired Ladonna's Cleaning Service to do some deep cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen for me. Kayla and Savannah did an excellent job. Susan, the company owner, was here part of the time to make sure that we were all on the same page and to do an excellent job on my floors. They kept at it until things looked like new. They were polite, positive and hardworking. I couldn't be happier. I look forward to having them back to do some much easier cleaning soon.

Immediately needed our event space deep cleaned after an unforeseen mess of an event, and my personal contacts were unavailable. Contacted Ladonnas in the morning, and by 3:45pm, our 2,600 sq ft space was spotless. Both communication and expectations were made clear from their end and mine, and I appreciated that. Will definitely continue doing business when we can and would highly recommend.

The best cleaning service I have ever used in Seattle! I contacted La Donna through their website this morning and received a call back within 10 minutes. Susan, the owner, came by to give me a quote in person and she explained the thoroughness of the work they do. Within an hour of my initial contact I got a quote and contract outlining the work I would receive. When I called back to schedule a cleaning, Susan confirmed that she could get one of her best ladies, Rosie, out to me today. Rosie was so wonderful to work with. Her attention to detail is second to none and you can tell that she takes pride in her work. We were in an incredible bind, with half the day gone, and the cleaning company we hired to clean (the day before stagers were to arrive), being understaffed & only prepared to do a general clean. Ladonna was able to put organize a crew of five fabulous ladies at two in the afternoon, who arrived in an hour, and left at 9:30p with the house show-ready!!! So, so, impressed, and can recommend them enough! They all saved the day, and we are so thankful💕

Ladonna stepped in to do a move out cleaning for me after another service I had hired failed to show up at the scheduled time, and then didn’t even bother to call me and let me know. Ladonna was communicative, flexible and straightforward throughout the whole experience. She fully communicated the work that would be done and gave me an itemized break down of the costs so there were no surprises... except for how good it smelled when I walked in after the cleaning! That was a delightful surprise. Will definitely hire her crew again.

Susan is very responsive, very clear about expectations, very professionally and most importantly understanding and kind. She helped us through the entire process step by step and explained everything in detail. The cleaning service was great, our home looks beautiful.
