I've worked with 1 housekeeper for years (who retired), followed by two different companies. Dazzle has by far been the best when it comes to scheduling, easy communication, flexibility of needs, and always just doing an amazing job! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone! Prices are compatible with other housekeeping companies but way better service. My household needs change weekly and they've always worked with us.

Dazzle was the company I choose for my first ever professional house cleaning - What a great experience! The team that came to clean my little old house was friendly and professional, my kitchen is spotless and they found my dog's lobster plushy - I'm inspired to keep my house this clean forever!!! I'm can't wait to have them back again to get into all the little places old homes hid dust and dirt. As a seasonal allergy sufferer - I think this is an essential service for me in the future. Sometimes you just need a little help. I keep seeing little spots around the house and saying "Wow! So Fresh! So Clean!" I'm ready to host all of my loved ones for the holidays and start the new year with a home I can relax in!

First off, let me just say: I am absolutely floored. I had a depression room that was capital B A D BAD! I was beyond anxious to call anyone to help, and boy am I glad that I did! I got their Premium Deep Clean package and I cannot recommend it enough, it was like walking into a brand new apartment! I cannot express how thankful I am to the Dazzle Cleaning team that came in to help me today, and I encourage anyone who is worried about reaching out to get help, come to Dazzle! It was affordable, they were very willing to negotiate prices and services with me to fit my budget, and the cleaning crew were not just professional, but kind and compassionate as well! I would give them 6 stars if I could, but I guess ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ will have to do!!

As a working mother of 3, it was hard to admit I needed help. Dazzle has been my saving grace! We have been using Dazzle for a few months now and everyone has taken good care of us. I have been able to sleep more and regain some sanity. Thank you, especially to our last cleaner Grecia!

Dazzle cleaning really impressed me with their great, timely communication and quick availability. Kylen and Garrett were simply the best! So kind and quick! It’s such a relief to have some help while I’m on crutches, and they definitely did a better job than I could! The gift was a nice touch, too. I did a price comparison between three companies and Dazzle ended up being the most affordable for a first time deep clean. Highly recommend!

Dazzle has been great to work with for our move-in clean! They squeezed us in on very short notice and were super thorough. Kylen, Angela, and Juliet did fantastic work and we will definitely recommend them.

Dazzle was recommended to me by other families and I booked one service. It was very easy to book desired day and time, with friendly support throughout. One star off as the info shared about the service I booked was inaccurate - there was just one staff member rather than a duo. The cleaner did a great job and we appreciated her thorough clean in the time allotted!

We love having Dazzle do regular cleanings for us! We use the monthly cleaning service and kicked things off with a good deep clean. It's so nice to have our home looking sharp regularly. We love they use pet-friendly products (and are pet friendly people too—treating our cats with love and being cautious with the front door). Highly recommend!

We had our home cleaned by Hayley, who did an excellent job! Not only was Hayley thorough with the cleaning; Hayley handled the curiosity and curve balls that our kids brought when they were in the house.

Would highly recommend Dazzle--Jazmin and Araceli did a great job on the house and left things in a great place. Easy booking/payment, responsive staff, timely arrival, etc. Looking forward to continued service!

We setup a one time clean to try out Dazzle, and we’re really happy with the results! We asked Sierra to pay extra attention to our bathroom, baseboards, and area under our little one’s high chair. She delivered!

Wow! I had my house cleaned for the first time by professionals and am so glad it was by Eamon and Kimmie! They were both incredibly professional, personable, patient and flexible as we did a fine dance of space since I was working while they cleaned! Eamon went above and beyond with his attention to detail including the deep cleaning of my stove (has not been this clean since buying my house close to 10 years ago) and the area around the dog door! Kimmie was SO thorough down to moving boxes on shelves to clean full shelf and the folded TP and sticker, as well as patient with me as I asked her questions about products she recommended! I would absolutely recommend both of them!! Thank you!

I have always been a poor housekeeper, and this year I decided to invest in professional cleaning and call it a mental health investment. So far I've had an initial deep clean, and included the inside of the oven. The difference in my home is astounding. The oven looks better than when I moved in! I will absolutely keep on with twice a month regular express cleans. Angela and Garrett were so nice and respectful of our space, and seemed to enjoy greeting our kitties.

I looked around for a long time before I chose Dazzle, and I definitely made the right choice.

*Edited to add: Six months later I am still so happy with this service. It's well worth the cost and recommend them to anyone who mentions housecleaning. 10/10 company!

Asking for help in cleaning your home and allowing someone in it is a big deal. I’m disappointed in our “deep clean,” but far more upset with the owner’s response to my concerns. We booked a deep clean for our mostly clean and well-organized house, just to get some additional help with the spots that don’t get as much attention (grout, corners, etc).

I came home to a floor that didn’t look to be mopped, with corners of dirt in several rooms and massive dust bunnies behind furniture. Furniture was not vacuumed, and overall, no real sense of “deep” clean.

I called the owner to discuss my concerns, and he told me that my house was “far too dirty” and “covered in smoke and soot.” Even after sending photos of the unclean corners and piled-up dust, he claimed my standards were much too high (what?). While we had some candle soot on a few windowsills, our house was not “entirely covered” - and the window edgings weren’t even cleaned. Several employees were at the house, but never told my husband - who was at home - there were issues or that they weren’t able to complete the work. I had to call in order to learn this.

When I became upset with his treatment (because someone from a cleaning company saying your house is filthy is tough to hear), he proceeded to tell me he didn’t feel “safe” sending his employees back. The owner turned my own mental health around on me, saying if he knew I had OCD, they wouldn’t have come to clean the house. And - that he had never, ever had a customer complain before me in 7 years. I don’t think I’ve ever had someone gaslight me this much.
