HIGHLY recommend this company! We've had them clean our house twice (different cleaners each time) and have been incredibly impressed with the attention to detail and the effort put forth. They show up on time, communicate clearly, and are well worth the money spent. We are looking to set up a recurring cleaning with them based on these first few sessions and would recommend them to anyone.

THA House Cleaning is amazing! The owner, Tetyana, is super responsive and so easy to work with. We needed a deep clean, regular weekly cleanings, and a move out clean. They had availability right away and very reasonable prices. The cleaners did an absolutely amazing job. They cleaned things I never would have thought to clean and everything was spotless. We have used several companies over the years and these cleaners did the best job of any company we’ve used. I wish we would have discovered this company sooner! Cannot recommend them enough!

I’ve been using this company for the past six months. While some teams did a decent job, the constant rotation of cleaners was frustrating and unprofessional.

I made a very clear request: assign the same team to my home—or at the very least, two consistent teams. Instead, every visit brought different people, and the quality of cleaning varied a lot. Still, I always paid on time and tipped generously—at least $100 per cleaner for just 3–4 hours of work.

When I finally asked for a permanent team and even said I would adjust to any schedule they proposed, the owner promised to get back to me “soon.” That was a month ago. Since then, she has ignored my texts and refused to answer my calls.

This is unprofessional, unacceptable, and disrespectful to a loyal customer. I now have no choice but to find a more reliable company that actually values its clients.

THA cleaning did an amazing job cleaning the house we moved out from. They arrived and finished on time. They left every corner of the house spotless. I’m very happy with the excellent job they did and so my was the landlord 😉

The team helped us in a pinch getting our apartment cleaned last minute before our move out walk through. They did a thorough job cleaning, and were super friendly and happy! The cleaning experience with THA went flawless! From the scheduling all the way through the cleaning. I was kept informed and notified the day before the cleaning as a reminder!
