I've used Capitol Cleaning for several years now and have personally met with Peter, the business owner. He struck me as a gentleman who cares about running a good business and making sure his customers are happy with the performance of his staff and crew. I've had occasion to speak with his office manager and scheduler, Ronnie and she's terrific. I've mainly had them to clean gutters and remove moss from my roof and they've done a good job. They are professional, on time and conscientious while at work. I would not hesitate to recommend them. If they maintain the high standards that I am accustomed to, I will be a loyal customer and continue to use them for my outdoor cleaning needs.

Capitol Cleaning is super responsive, efficient, and friendly. They have been great to work with. And I just learned that they help with setting up holiday lights!! Definitely adding that to my ask next year!!

I’ve used Capitol cleaning twice. Once to clean my home’s siding and once to clean a roof. Both jobs exceeded my expectations. Workers were right on time, polite, and efficient. Both the siding and the roof look like new. I will be hiring them to do my windows next time!

Capitol Cleaning did an outstanding job cleaning the gutters in our 17 unit condominium complex. Their team’s work was thorough and professional, including the follow through of flushing down spouts, and cleanup on roofs and at ground level.

Laura from Capitol Cleaners does a great job. She mops and scrubs pleasantly and efficiently.
She cleans everything I expect and much more.
She is quiet and unobtrusive, asks an occasional question, and responds to my comments easily.

Cesar did an excellent job of cleaning out gutters (and cleaning up the subsequent mess on the ground as they were quite full after the storm); and washing windows both in and out (which badly needed cleaning)---what a wonderful contrast on a sunny day!
And he was very pleasant to work with.
Would definitely hire again.

I have relied on Capitol Cleaning for years to keep my windows clean and clear. Today’s cleaning was no exception!

We have used Capitol Cleaning for at least 6 or 7 years now to clean out our gutters. They are always on time, professional, and friendly. The one time we had an issue, they immediately came back out and made it right. I'll definitely continue to use them.

We hired Capitol Cleaning over a year ago to clean our roofs. We do not live in the area. When we visited we noticed moss still on the roofs and enquired about the guarantee. Found out after a bit of time and reaching out that they had somehow billed us but forgot to do the work. Luckily the owner apologized and sent out the team to do them. And we just called them back for a little extra on one of the areas of one roof. Owner was responsive and the roofs are looking much better.
However we had 2 downspouts totally clogged afterwards.

Update: Needed roofs and gutters cleaned again this year and decided to go with a different place (Atlas Roofing). Wow, so much better and a fraction of the price.

Great job, professional service, on time. I've used Capitol Cleaning for several years. They just completed cleaning my solar panels and gutters. They've also done my windows inside and out. They are highly professional; doing great work. Timely, no messes....They are also affordable so I feel I can call any time I need them. Plus they're a local neighborhood business and I support local. Highly recommend.

I've been using this company for window cleaning for years. We have a 2 story home and large window panes on the north side. The crew comes in and swiftly takes care of all. I'm in awe of how fast and non-intrusive they work, and how beautiful the windows are after. Good people to hire!

Moved out of our apartment and found Sea Clean through yelp. Their high reviews definitely reflect the quality of service. Lived and in the apartment for 2 years with two young children, so we didn’t have the cleanest of places. After Sea clean came in you could barely tell anyone lived there. I will be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know.

We hired Sea-clean to do our move out cleaning. At first, we were impressed by the customer service but that changed. When I reached out the day before to confirm the appt and the time was changed. On the day of, we were given 15 min notice that the team would arrive an 1hr and 15 late. My contact, Jose, said he would provide a $40-$50 discount for the inconvenience but asked me to pay the invoice for 6 hours first. My initial quote was for 4-5 hours. I paid the invoice. When I inquired the following day about the discount refund I received a rude text that say, “Hey, I did”. My discount was for $20 and when I inquired why it was so low I was told my job “wasn’t big enough to get a bigger discount”. The only reason I am even providing 2 stars is because the cleaning was great, but the customer service was rude and unprofessional. Clearly they can not be relied on to keep their word either.

I’ve been way to busy to keep up on our 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath house. It’s not untidy but needed dusting, window seals, blinds, bathrooms deep clean, etc. one phone call and within an hour the team showed up and got to work. Within a few hours I was singing the team praises for the way my place looked and feels. I will be seeing them again next month! Thank you Sea Clean

Jose is a godsend. He was able to communicate and get in touch with us pretty quickly, and managed to get our move out clean done in a short period of time. I would definitely consider him whenever you need a big or small cleaning because he does a perfect job!

So grateful I found Jose! He does an AMAZING job at a very fair price. He’s reliable and consistently does a fantastic job. The whole apartment is clean and my favorite part is coming home to a fresh apartment with little details that other cleaners have missed - like a shining tea kettle on the stove.

Sea Clean did a deep clean on our house that was worth the price and saved us time and energy. The kitchen appliances look new, the bathrooms sparkle, and the floors shine. Arrived on time and worked non stop for 5.5 hours. So happy with the results.

I was needing help Deep cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. The ladies were very friendly and helpful. They did everything I asked. I called Jose and asked if they could vacuum and dust for me. I hadn’t planned that but they did it and even made my bed.

They are so good that I decided to do a monthly service with them. I have also recommended them to a few more friends.
