Jose and team deserve 5 stars for a few reasons. The most important is because this is the first cleaning company that actually listened and adapted to our needs. We told him what we wanted and he made it happen! The entire time they were in our home, they worked nonstop. Their work was solid and everything met or exceeded our expectations. He was friendly, timely and respectful of our home. Last, he even was able to squeeze us in on short notice which we are so grateful for! Highly recommend!

I hired Sea Clean to perform a move out cleaning. Jose responded quickly and provided a reasonable quote. He kept in touch to schedule an appointment and provided updates on when the cleaners were on their way. The cleaning crew was pleasant, thorough and quick. They showed up on time and finished the job on time. The place looked better than what it did when we moved in. I am looking forward to working with Sea Clean in the future.

Jose and his crew have been cleaning our house for the last two years and have always done an excellent job. They have been reliable and thorough, accommodating us when last minute scheduling problems arose and always keeping us in the loop.

Jose and team not only did an amazing job, they saved my sanity on an incredibly stressful moving weekend. Originally, they were only doing a move-out clean, but due to issues with the moving and packing (movers leaving early and leaving a mess + unpacked items), I was scrambling to clear out items at the very last minute. When the cleaning team arrived (after they'd already accommodated me changing the time), I was still trying to clear a lot of stuff out. Jose asked if I needed help, what did I need to do, we rescoped their work to include clearing and packing items to be hauled away. They were a lot more efficient that I was. The team checked in when any questions, and honestly, left my old apartment cleaner that it was when I first moved it. I was ashamed at the condition everything was in when they arrived, and they just attacked it all with purpose, professionalism, and care for the stressed mover. I couldn't believe what they did in a short period of time. I very much look forward to having them help me maintain my new space.

I had requested a deep clean of a small commercial condo in Seattle. Jose and his team arrived on time and set to work immediately. They had given me an estimate of 2-3 hrs and did the job in 2.5 hours. I am very pleased with their work. All surfaces (including baseboards, window sills), the small appliances and bathroom fixtures were thoroughly cleaned and looked great. The windows were cleaned inside and out. The floor looks great as well and they also vacuumed up a small storage room and cleaned the window in that room as well. I liked their attention to detail. For example, I keep an electric broom in the space for quick clean-ups and even that was emptied out and cleaned. I would definitely hire Sea Clean again for any future cleaning jobs.

Jose is my go-to guy when I need my apartment cleaned! He responds very quickly, as I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes for him to reply! His crew always leaves my apartment spotless, and if I notice a spot is missed, he happily makes it right immediately. Also, his rates are reasonable in comparison to other cleaning companies in the area! His company has my business for life! Lastly, He is very easy-going when it comes to rescheduling an appointment. When we moved, we needed a deep clean for our new house before we could move in. Our schedule got screwed up by snow and we wound up needing it at the last minute on a holiday weekend. Jose was very helpful and made time on their schedule even though it was going to be afternoon/evening. The crew did a great job on our large house and made sure everything was clean for us so we could move in with confidence. We're using them again soon!

I messaged Sea Clean on Wednesday December 22nd. They were here December 23rd with a crew of 4 to deep clean my 3 bdrm 2.5bath with pets home. They were here just over 3 hours and everything from the floors to the walls and baseboards was clean. I’m not sure my house has been this clean. Jose and his team were so polite and courteous. The price shocked me a bit but with the last minute and how many people came it’s quite alright. I couldn’t be more please with Jose and his team at Sea Clean. I do hope to be able to arrange consistent cleaning with them as they were superb.

Sea Clean may not be the best fit for you if you're looking for the absolute cheapest cleaning service on the block for a "probably good enough" job, but if you're in need of a reliable cleaning service that pays attention to the little details and stands behind their work, I would recommend them without hesitation!

I have used sea clean company multiple times now , their team is very professional and they are punctual people.

Not impressed-I’m a property manager and our firm manages a shared housing building like a dorm. It has 52 private bedrooms with shared bathrooms and kitchens. I scheduled an appointment for the 3 room $99 special, which I should’ve gone with my gut and used someone else as the owner kept telling me he’d call me back when had his schedule. I felt like a pest continuing to call and text to schedule and I had already moved on but Ali called apologetic, so I gave it a chance.

I told Ali, the owner that 2 of the rooms were upstairs and one was downstairs. The day of, I once again clarified the building type-52 private bedrooms. Two rooms upstairs were 180sf and vacant, one on the first floor/occupied

Ali came and I told him it was a 3 bedroom apartment not 3 rooms private rooms in a big building and that he’d honor the $99 special but going forward, it’d be $87 per room. He charged $65 extra to clean a mattress likely to compensate for the $99.

I left him to do the work. When I came back, the rooms looked like they’d merely been vacuumed, not deep cleaned at all. Granted-one room had a few unremovable stains but there was no fresh scent, no lines showing where they’d been shampooed, nothing. The one occupied room, the renter was happy, so that was good.

We manage rentals of 85 single family homes and a few apartments, so there was potential for Sea Carpet to gain a lot of business, but we will go back to using One Way Restoration. We were using Floors-N-More but the owner went on medical leave. Ali is a nice person and perhaps the quality not being good was a one off based on the majority of the reviews being positive, but my experience wasn’t great. I will not remove my review. Your company just did a job for Apple Realty at 640 North Fife Street in Tacoma. Sea clean carpet cleaners.
